Highly rated customer service and products
Fantastic customer service and products; ordered various interchangeable swivel cords only to discover the next day that I had cross threaded not only one end of my old cord but also one of my needles too. Very successfully emailed (baring in mind it was a bank holiday weekend and this was Saturday morning) to add other items to my to my order. Got a reply at 8 p.m. Saturday night and all my queries were successfully and pleasantly answered. My order was wrapped in tissue paper and protected in a cardboard box. Cannot recommend this company enough. Many thanks for all your help and good old fashioned customer service

Great products, poor communications
One of the items on my order needed to be back-ordered. There were no updates about this, and when I contacted after a week, I had no reply - my order arrived next day. It was well packaged and I'm pleased with the products, but lack of comms was aggravating.
