If been dealing with Knightsbridge for years now without issues. There are two things that stand out to me:
1- The exchange rates good.
2- The thing I like the most is that I can actually speak to a real person without any delay and I’ve never had any problem understanding them.

Honestly this is the best I could ever ask for. I've used the service at least 4x now, and it has been painless each time. They're clear, upfront about costs, and they do exactly what they say they will! It's pretty fast too!

I will keep using Knightsbridge, the savings are the reason I tried them, the great service is why I keep going back.

I was furious at the rate the bank was charging me for currency exchange and decided to look into Knightsbridge. I was a little concerned with going with a 3rd party but decided it was worth a try. There was a little bit of paperwork to do but the instructions were very clear and communication was excellent. Process took about 5 days to complete but that was because there was a weekend involved. At the end of the day I saved about $400 on my transaction so better I have it rather than the bank. A good service i would highly recommend for large transactions.

Knightbridge has always provided smooth transfer of funds from Canada to the UK. As a retiree saving on the exchange rate makes a real difference.

Once an account is set up, it’s very easy to use their online service and get the same day exchange rate listed when booking the transaction. Customer service is excellent. The entire process takes up to 5 business days to complete. Rates are much better than the banks and exchange rate kiosks.

Used the online request for the first time. I found the process straightforward and within 24 hours after the quote my funds were deposited in my account.
