I booked in to get my rotator cuff sorted out, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They took the time to properly assess my shoulder mechanics rather than just treating the symptoms, and the hands-on treatment combined with a clear, progressive rehab plan made a huge difference. Pain has dropped significantly, and I finally have my mobility and strength back. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with stubborn shoulder or joint issues.

I have suffered with chronic migraines and pain down the left side of my neck and back for over 20 years.
As soon as I saw Keiran's Tiktoks I booked in and 6 months later got the xl treatment. After years of physio, seeing neurologists, nerve blocks etc, Keiran gave me mobility in my neck I haven't had since I was much younger and instant relief.
He is very knowledgeable and really gets to the root cause of the problem.
He gave tips on how to improve my pain for the future and for my twin sister who suffers with similar issues to me.
I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Went in for a sports therapy massage to treat shin splints and a glute imbalance prior to continuing training - I joked at the time that some parts of the massage were like being in the middle of WWE match, and wondered how I would walk after. However, Anna was very professional and did a great job of easing the shin splints and releasing the tight muscles. Thanks again!

Great massage with Josie. She made me feel very comfortable from the onset. Gave me a good view of tension points as well as some basic exercises/stretches to help relax my muscles where needed. Will definitely be returning. A great service overall, very easy to book and find a masseuse that suits you. I liked the fact that it gave a bio and that some of the masseur's were mobile as well as having fixed bases, as gave options if limited in getting to a particular place. Also good that didn't have to wait months to find an available slot. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Easy to book ,Warm welcome from Anna and a really cosy little studio.The massage was really good and we had a really good chat .She gave some good tips for after care also.She had late eveing slots free so i might use it next time afted a long work day.Professional atmosphere and treatment felt much looser after .
