Very busy on sale day, yet given excellent customer service and good advice. Consequently we bought what we needed rather than leaving empty handed or having to shop and travel several times.

I'm sorry the product you purchased is not up to your expectations. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact the KMS Location you made your purchase at and they will be happy to help you.
We do carry many different brands and types of sawblades and will gladly work with you to find the one that suits your needs.
Thank you

Friendly and helpful staff
The staff at the Victoria store were, as always, helpful. Even though KMS did not sell what I was looking for they did find it online for me.

Great selection and knowledgable sales people
You have a wide variety of products and good sales. Knowledgable salespersons are appreciated also. (You are a bit thin on accessaries such as the proper 7" buffer pads for the top of the line Makita buffer for example.)

I can usually get what I’m after
I can usually get what I’m after, but it’s usually not in stock (the online site will say there’s three or six at my local store). But I order it in and it shows up after a few weeks.

The staff rarely acknowledge you when you visit the store. Only a few of the staff are helpful, and the remainder seem disinterested in helping customers. The online ordering system needs to be assessed by an expert, I have ordered item that can not be found by the staff, or never expected to arrive.
