This is a great place to buy tools. One guy there, David, is super knowledgeable - goes "above and beyond."

He makes very good suggestions, and doesn't come off as a "salesman" at all.

A thank you to Sharron for helping me find the perfect solution for applying a little bit of oil to difficult places to reach on my sewing machine. She headed off to the woodworking area and located a long pipet with a very tiny dispensing tip! It does a fabulous job! FANTASTIC customer service.

No matter how offbeat my request might seem, whether hand or power tools or supplies, KMS has always come through!

I have been attempting to buy a dust collector for 2 weeks. These guys don't communicate, then Manager Greg takes that down 2 notches with sarcasm and excuses. Go elsewhere!

More excuses. Just admit "We didn't handle this well. We should keep better records of inquiries, in future."
The needed information (how much can you need?) was provided twice. The first time by email. A staff member called me but when I returned their call, they couldn't determine who. I supplied the price listed ($899), the model number and SKU, again. I was promised a call that didn't happen so I called back and got Greg, this time. You have read my opinion of his version of "customer service."

I have bought a lot of wood working power tools over the last few years the staff are always very helpful. If they don't have what you want in stock or want a not stocked item they order it for you and charge the lowest advertised price in Canada and no shipping charges as most on line companies will charge.
You can't beat KMS they have me as a customer for ever.

Worst customer service and worst company ever!! I bought a compressor for over $5000 six months ago, and it suddenly malfunctioned, causing a complete shutdown of our production line. When I called KMS, they informed me that it was still under warranty for a year and instructed us to return it to them. However, when we arranged transportation and returned the compressor, their staff claimed it was 'none of their business' and insisted we contact the original manufacturer directly instead of helping us. They demanded we take the machine back. We mentioned that their representative advised us to return it, but KMS denied any knowledge of such instruction, refusing to honor their earlier commitment. Throughout this ordeal, KMS staff displayed a complete lack of care and empathy! Extremely infuriating!

Moreover, about two month ago, we made a purchase that included a battery on back order. They assured us they'd notify us upon its arrival. Two weeks later, during another visit, we inquired about the battery and were told it hadn't arrived yet. Shortly after, we received a call saying it was in stock. Upon going to collect it, we were informed that the system couldn't find the order. Despite presenting our previous receipt, the staff insisted they couldn't guarantee whether we had already collected it and asked us to return the next day when the manager would be present. Returning the following day, we were informed that upon checking their records, it turned out the battery had never arrived! They made a copy of our receipt since their system couldn't locate this back-ordered item.

Simultaneously, we received a bill from them claiming we owed $0.3, causing confusion. When questioned about this charge, they blamed it on a system error. Dealing with this store has been an utterly upsetting experience! Their system is chaotic, their service is abysmal, everyone provides conflicting information, and their after-sales service is utterly irresponsible!! I haven't encountered such an awful store in a very, very long time! I strongly advise against buying from this company, especially when items are out of stock or for larger purchases!

Unbelievable spray system given it is a 2 turbine system. I can't imagine what the more expensive systems spray like. super easy to get a glass like finish and the biggest bonus is... clean up is a breeze. Absolutely love it and will be re-spraying more stuff going forward. I may resell and upgrade as the roughly 700$ cost pale in comparison to the Festool domino joiners, big boy plunge router and Kapex mitre saw I have recently purchased. I must say that this is the most cost effective purchase I have made given how many hours I will put on it.

Staff were able to guide me and the best part is KMS carries all the needle accessories etc for spraying different material viscosities.

Highly recommend this puchase. I have a Wagner system and a Grayco system and Fuji kills them both in terms of finish quality and ease of cleanup!!!
