This was a pre order and after a long time contacted them to find they had it in stock but not forwarded.
Otherwise it arrived overnight in post.

Communication by email was really good. They suggested an alternative product when my item was out of stock and unavailable anywhere.

My Accurascale Class 66 was delivered very quickly in perfect condition; the last 66763 I could find from any dealer at the normal price.

Sold me in stock item that wasnt in stock and waited ages for refund despite requests. Kept blaming their suppliers.Had cheek halfway through dispute of sending another part order which was no good to me without the stock they hadnt got.
Seems regular occurrence.

I don't know how that got all of these good reviews as my experience is that they are either the most dishonest comany in the the railway hobby, or the most incompetent, or possibly both. I must admit at the time of writing this i am extremely annoyed as they owe me money and i am having a hard time getting it. No customer service, horrible attitude, lie about everything. Faulty engine returned. Having agreed it is faulty and promised a refund have not given a refund. This is now with my banks fraud team to sort out.

Clear website availability. Smooth purchasing experience and good communication thereafter. I note comments previously talking about communication around non available stock etc but far from my experience. I received emails throughout the process after purchase, updating me on progress and the models arrived well packaged and exactly when expected. A really smooth experience for me and am just about to purchase from KMS Railtech again now and do so happily (best recommendation i can give). If you see something you'd like to purchase (they have good prices too) i would recommend them without hesitation.
