Absolutely horrible.
I ordered on the 1st of April and did not receive the order yet. I tried contacting their email support, their official instagram page and on their contact us page on their website. I have not received any response. I got a tracking number, I contacted the shipping courier, they responded within a day to inform me that a request was generated by the company they did never provided them with the product hence there hasn't been any update on the status. Utter garbage!!!!

If I could rate this company with a ZERO, I DEFINITELY would! I ordered my product over a month ago and it still has not been shipped, yet they keep sending these updated emails as if this will appease me. I want my order; NOT YOUR EXCUSES!!!
