During an upgrade process from B13 to V21, the Technical Team consistently demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a successful outcome.

Our Upgrade Experience
Klipboard have just helped up us upgrade from K8 Babbage to ERP One. Such a major upgrade is a lot of work and can be a stressful time. The Project Manager assigned to us could not have handled the process better. He was organised, very effective, honest and we felt fully supported throughout the months leading up to and during Go Live itself at the end of June. We cannot thank our Project Manager and the Klipboard team enough for guiding us through this process. We are now trialing ePick and are looking at ePod.

We've used Klipboard (Insphire) for a number of years and it remains a key part of our day-to-day operations.
Like any system, we've experienced our fair share of issues over the years, particularly around performance and stability at times. However, what has stood out recently is the willingness of the support team to listen and work with us. They've been proactive in investigating ongoing issues, introducing monitoring, and helping us through our migration to Azure and Microsoft Intune.
Support tickets are dealt with professionally, communication is good, and it's clear they're committed to continually improving the platform. No software is perfect, but it's reassuring to see they take customer feedback seriously and are investing in making the system better.
Overall, a positive experience and we're looking forward to seeing the improvements continue.
