can totally relate to the previous negative reviews so please read them and avoid booking. I am in the process of trying to get my deposit returned and unfortunately this company are ignoring my requests, tried contacting the owner and she is ignoring as well as patient care team. THERE IS NO PATIENT CARE

I had a wonderful experience with Klinik Europe. The staff were caring, professional, and always avaliable to answer my questions. The whole process was smooth from consultation to recovery, and I'm extremely happy with my results.

This is a follow up from Klinik Europe response to my previous review
We agreed a price and payment plan in writing. When I arrived, you introduced new requirements (a contract you hadn't prepared), which made it impossible to proceed.
Therefore, the service was not delivered due to your failure, and my deposit should be refunded. STILL NO REFUND

I had upper and lower blephoplasty with Klinik Europe and have had a very positive experience so far. The whole process was well organised and felt supported from the beginning. I am healing well and I already see a noticeable improvement in my eyes, even though I am still recovering. A special thanks to Ishe and Mira who were both incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Overall I am very happy with my experience and the care I received. I would consider returning in the future for further treatment.

I had my implants and lift done here, and honestly, the experience was next level. What I loved most is that they actually care about what you want. Most clinics just message you on WhatsApp and don't really get your vision, but these guys called me and even set up a virtual meeting to talk everything through—I’ve never seen that anywhere else.

Right from the start, they answered every single one of my annoying questions in detail. Yeah, they’re a bit more expensive than some other places, but with the results I got and the fact that they provide aftercare right in the UK, it was worth every penny. I’m already booked for a facelift next year! 🫶🏻

I had an excellent experience at Clinic Europe in Antalya and couldn’t be happier with my decision to have my breast lift done there. I would like to clarify the sequence…

I would like to clarify the sequence of events regarding my experience.

At no point was I offered multiple appointment dates. I was initially informed of an appointment on May 23, which I declined due to unavailability. After this refusal, I did not receive any further response from your department, despite the fact that I could not attend on that date.

I only received a reply after posting a negative review. At that moment, an alternative appointment was proposed for October 30, which was approximately five months later. On September 30, I informed you that I would not be able to attend on that date either.

Following this, I left several messages requesting another solution or alternative dates. Unfortunately, I only received acknowledgements stating that someone would get back to me, which did not happen. No additional appointment date was proposed.

This situation has been very frustrating. Given the lack of follow-up and the absence of a workable solution, I believe that a refund of my deposit would be the most reasonable outcome.

I am sharing this feedback to accurately describe my experience and to explain why I was dissatisfied with the level of communication and customer service.

I've got 10 quotes from the clinics in Antalya and Klinik was the most serious clinic I amongst them. If you are serious about getting amazing results as well as the guidance before and after the surgery, do yourself a favour and choose Klinik Europe. They rejected my friend for her procedure but luckily they accepted me. Their quote was slightly more expensive than the others that I'd received but the value they provide it worths every penny. It makes the real difference. In fact I know for a fact that one of the ladies who died in Antalya last year had a consultation with Klinik Europe too for her surgery. But unfortunately she chose a cheaper option. Ece is such a caring person. She is realistic and she will tell you the good bad and the ugly. Mel Sofia and the whole team including doctor Atlan is amazing. I have already referred them to a friend. Thank you for taking such a good care of me. You are all superstars x

I had a facial fat transfer with Dr Altan Tekin, From the initial consultation, I felt very comfortable & the whole team was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the process. On the day of the procedure, they made me feel calm and reassured, and my worries a few days latter were followed up by a meeting which totally reassured me everything was fine which it was a day or two later just as Dr Altan said.

The results are very natural and exactly what I was hoping for—subtle without it looking overdone.

I truly appreciate the skill and care that went into my treatment and would highly recommend this surgeon and his team to anyone considering a facial fat transfer.

Even though I’m back in the uk thay still are checking in asking for updates and photos all good so far i give them a 10/10 and will definitely return thanks agean doctor tekin and all the nurses and after cure brilliant

I had three procedures with Klinik (dr Celik)
Two liposuctions: calve, thigh, lower abdomen. Then 360, back and arms
I went back for a third time : thighs and butt lipo, chin lipo, upper eyelid surgery, buccal fat pad removal,
I have met patients who had tummy tuck, implants, bbl …

We all agree that the pre op and post op care is fantastic. They are respectful and patient, very accommodating on date and needs.

I love the falcon hotel there is a great view and buffet and the staff is used to interact with esthetic patients and are very helpful and non judgmental.

There is a private driver to take you every you need to go and an optional night nurse to stay the night with you. There are also daily visit at the hotel from Klinik nurse and a drainage massage is you request one
There is no hidden cost everything is explain before the surgery including the tipping culture

The whole trip was flawless everyone involved was very professional and helpful. My surgeon Dr Altan was amazing and the nurses outstanding I would recommend Klinik Europe to anyone who needs a little help for improvement..

Every person were very nice and professional, nurses were taking care of me before during and after treatment. I could ask any questions and all of them were answered. Staff was very helpful and nurses Aysegul and Ozge were very friendly and they maked sure i am ok at all the time. I amd very pleased with the result of mine treatment, i didn't had any complications or i fections, wound were healing very well and scars look good and neat. I would highly recommend to choose Klinik Europe

I had an upper Blep done in June , the service from De Celik was outstanding .
He was so quick and efficient abs the clinic was so clean .

Dr Celik is an amazing surgeon and his staff the nurses and co- ordinater were so helpful and efficient . I could not recommend them enough . Excellent

From the moment we was picked up by the klinik driver until the same driver dropped us back 8 days later the whole team couldn't have done more.
My wife felt like she was with friends and Doctor altan was absolutely amazing.
He listened to things my wife wanted and helped her make the right choices for herself and what could be achieved.
The results after a uplift , implant replacement,360 tummy tuck and lipo with thigh lipo are just amazing.
