Easy to buy tickets, but the real value came when I accidently deleted my email tickets!! I went onto the website, opened live chat and explained my issue to an agent, Joel Steve. He logged my issue and within 24hrs an email was sent with confirmation of my original purchade email plus a PDF of the tickets, just in case...and, Joel also followed up via email to make sure I had received the email and tickets. Outstanding service!!!

On 70£ spent, they charge 15£ fees. Disgusting

Honestly this team is super good. I had booked the wrong dates for the tickets to winter funland and they supported me the whole way through. The team was quick to reply, fast to act on this issue and resolved it within 12hrs to be exact 8hrs. A big thank you for the support and rearranging it all for me.

I managed to get 4 free tickets from a friend but wasn’t able to purchase a 5th ticket for my partner as they was sold out for the date and time we needed, it was for my daughters birthday who has additional needs and i was very anxious about going on my own with 3 children, i emailed and inquired about purchasing a 5th ticket and they made it possible for us to go as a family, wonderful customer service, we can’t wait to enjoy our evening.

Great customer suport. I have to admit i was really surprised at how quick was my issue solved. I wanted to send an email first but then thought to try the Chat and honestly it was solved within a day. Robert was really helpful and polite so i am glad i tried the live chat. We are looking forward to the Funland now together with the kids :)

I’m really impressed with the service from Clicket. Despite the mistake being my fault, they kindly amended my tickets without any hassle. Robert was absolutely fantastic, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I was worried as it was online help, with no contact number, but even so it’s rare to find customer service this good these days. Highly recommended!

Purchasing the ticket was straight forward and when we had an issue and needed to change the date the support team are very clear, quick and helpful. Robert assisted with changing the booking more than once and was very helpful.

Ordered tickets for Ealing common Circus Brazil was concerned as did not see any email conformation or tickets after ordering, contacted live chat was told to check the spam or junk folder found them in my spam folder.

I could not find my tickets in email,I spoke to Robert on chat bot he was very helpful and my tickets were emailed almost straight away, I need not have stressed so much,great service

Does anyone know how long a refund typically takes to come back ? Booked circus tickets on 4th October and the show was cancelled , just wondering when to expect it to come in
