Fantastic value for money as this watch is on another website at over £150 more expensive.

I have to take the item to a shop to have the clip fixed on it as its for my sons birthday on Thursday, i dont expect to pay all that money for an item and have to pay to get it fixed

i ordered a watch from these people more than a month ago and i didnt receive anything. I contacted them 3 weeks ago and after replying once saying they would send me another watch free of charge which 1. never came and 2. wasnt truly sent, they ghosted me. It is a scam, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

The product i bought and the delivery was very superb. No negative feelings. Everything about you is amazing

Updated review. Was initially disappointed as there was problems with parcel not showing up and the company is very difficult to contact regarding any issues (email and phone number unresponsive). However after contacting through Facebook Messenger my parcel was re-posted and received within the week, I was also given a 10% refund for the inconvenience which was appreciated! The watch I ordered was also spot on so can’t fault the goods!

Ordered three watches and two arrived. One was out of stock. One of the watches didn’t work due to needing a new battery. Emailed Klick and they were very quick to respond advising I would receive a refund for the out of stock watch and to get a new battery fitted and they would refund the cost as long as I forwarded the receipt or send back for them to replace. Refund for replacement battery required and out of stock watch received. Can’t fault the level of service and the watches look fantastic.

It was easy and they are very nice people who helped and reply very quickly

I ordered a watch on 10th of January but it has been over three weeks yet i will not get my order .i send many emails and calls but you dont give me any response now i want my money back .Please return my money

I finally had a reply from an agent regarding my watch. They then accused me of having refund “ which I never received” I provided evidence in the form of a bank statement to prove I have never received a cash refund from the company.

And they have now stopped replying to my emails and not given me a refund.

This company is a disgrace!

Klick Direct have been fantastic from start to finish.
I sent an enquiry before i purchased from them and I got a speedy response to e-mails in quick time very informative and helpful.
Delivery time was quick.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone they couldn't do enough for me.

Coming back again.
I bought a watch from them which had a broken bracelet but they replace it in good time.
In the end things are good and I'm happy with their service.

I bought Tommy Hilfiger watch for my boyfriend in October. Got the Watch everything Was fine but he did not like watch as much so we decide to return it. First I asked klick direct if I can return it by email. They replied next day that yes I can just I need to put Note with my name and order number inside which I did. Send it on 23rd october with tracking number and with signature parcel. They got it on 26th October. I checked tracking number and it Was sign for by someone from company. I waited 2 weeks for refund but nothing. Then tried to contact them by email, masaage...no anwser from them...tried to call but after dialing number it disconnect right after you try to call. After many emails and 2 months afrer I decide to try contact PayPal for help. They said they only can help me if there Was something wrong with the watch but it Was not. After I have send all proof I had (teacking number, screen shots of signature after it Was delivered and photos of recipt that I send watch back) they decide to help and reviewed case in my favour and issued refund and I am gratefull for that. I will NEVER buy from them again. Now Klick direct replied after bad review. Do not say I did not send watch back because I have proof of that. If I did not... PayPal wouldn't helped me.To bad you could not reply to my emails and your phone number not working.

I am really dissatisfied with the service I have received from this company, I ordered 2 watches for Christmas, I received an email confirming that both watches were being despatched and the track and trace reference (there was one reference so we were expecting both watches to be delivered together in one box)
When the package was delivered, there was only one watch received. We have tried to contact the company via email, Facebook messenger and phone but they have not responded to any messages and the contact number is unable to connect.
The watch that is missing is over £100 and was a Christmas present.
They have opened one message and not had the common decency to even reply to confirm they will look into it!
At the moment I feel like I have been scammed.

Ordered watch 15th December, paid for express delivery,watch was sent to another address far from my home, contacted them eventually they responded saying would send another out the same day, never received my item, it was my teenage sons Christmas present, He was so disappointed on Christmas day, Do not use Klick Direct they take your money and never send goods, totally discuting!

Never received my watch that I ordered and I have had little communication on its whereabouts. Very poor service doesn't feel like they actually care. Probably won't even get my watch or money refunded. Stick to known companies from now on.
