Immediate response to my inquiry regarding a hard to find pump housing. They verified that the pump brand name changed, and they had one in stock. Immediately was shipped out and arrived the next day.... Se mer

Kleen Rite sent me three stainless steel dual valves and one of the three had o-rings missing on the metering screws
really problematic as it cavitated pumps until it was discovered

Sad invoice did not initially reflect Monster soap Special. Happy it got corrected after a phone call pointing out the error.

I've been using Kleen-Rite since 2007 and they have always done a great job. They have great prices and customer service is very helpful.

The sales team is horrible at


The sales team is horrible at communicating. I’ve had nothing but problems with Kleen rite since I ordered trash can covers 6 months ago and needed to replace them with ones with a smaller hole. I never received my full refund for the return and spent almost as much on paying the diffference and additional shipping costs. Additionally I recently worked with 3 different reps to try to get TWO vacuums sent to my location in financing and was told I would be approve for that amount and that the order would be placed after our phone call. The ordered was never placed and then 2 weeks later I receive an email saying the my order was cancelled because I never finished it. You guys need to do a better job on your back end of communicating and actually doing the things you tell customers you’re going to do over the phone.
