Dan Norris took money on account and wasted it chasing a non-existent claim. Prolonging unnecessary correspondence with no facts or evidence to back anything up. Ongoing complaint with Ombudsman and Resolution.

UPDATE - they reply to say they take all concerns seriously but when I made a complaint direct to them, they did nothing about it! Scammers!
