I’ve tried both the Kiwi Ears Flex and Flow ear tips, and I’m very impressed with both.

The Flex tips are extremely comfortable and provide a very good seal without creating too much pressure. They have a soft, flexible feel and work particularly well when you want a secure fit with a little more bass presence. The built-in wax guard is also a nice and practical feature.

The Flow tips are a great alternative if you prefer a wider bore. They provide a more open presentation and do a good job of preserving the original tuning of the IEM without making the sound feel overly warm or muffled.

I like that the two tips serve slightly different purposes. The Flex is my choice when comfort, seal and a fuller sound are the priority, while the Flow is better when I want a more open and natural presentation.

Both are very comfortable and well made, and they have quickly become two of my preferred ear tips for IEMs.

Highly recommended if you like experimenting with different tips and fit.

I tried 3different sets of ear buds.
These were the best by a mile . I’m so happy they are louder and more velvety than the others all similar prices.
You don’t get a charger you plug your wire into your phone.
So I bought an extra wire and plug .
They look beautiful and sound Fabulous.
The little zipped case they come in is not so classy but I can live with this .

Got a Kiwi Ears Headphone in June (Kiwi Ears is one of the 'branches' of Linsoul family - which has its products made in China, not the USA).

Headphone promised a lot and it was quite expensive (to me) - around 300 pounds on Amazon's market place. When I got the product it came with sound quality issues due to a defective cable (the cable is absolutely awful, thin plastic designed to tear easily, and almost impossible to be replaced without Linsoul's assistance).

I decided to write to them. After a long e-mail exchange (in which I had to 'prove' my issues with photos and videos) they accepted to send me a replacement cable. It took 3 months (!) + a high custom fee (that shouldn't exist) to finally get the parcel - just to discover THEY SENT THE WRONG CABLE!

Overall, it's Cheap Chinese Junk. Quality is horrendous. I can't speak about the sound quality because the cable was not generating the right signal. Customer Service is not very keen to help if you can't 'prove' and will try to gaslight you into accept whatever they want. I am now trying to get a refund... Oh, and the staff working for this company doesn't seem to know its own products (sending a wrong cable model is either sheer incompetence or deliberate bad behaviour).

I don't recommend this company and their products. Be warned!

I've got the Orchestra Lite IEMs and have for a while. They're honestly really good for the money. In the realm of diminishing returns I can't really say I'll be going any higher from here, which I guess is as good praise as one can give.

Dealing with Kiwiears directly has been fine. Customer service isn't polished at all, but it gets the job done. Getting CIEMs from them seemed to be a bit more hassle than with some other brands so I never did it in the end.
