Damaged product (Kitchenaid blender). No answer from service center.

Przesyłka dotarła w cztery dni łącznie z dniem zakupu więc szybciutko. Towar bardzo starannie zapakowany w dużej ilości folii bąbelkowej. Sprzedawca na zadane pytania odpowiada ekspresowo.
Zamówiony towar bez żadnych zastrzeżeń. Polecam ten sklep i osobiście kupiłbym tam jeszcze raz.

I ordered a product from kitchenshop.bg, but what I received did not match the description on their website (the volumes of the advertised product differed from the delivered product). I returned the item as is my right under consumer law.

What followed was an absolute disgrace in terms of customer service. The communication throughout was extremely poor, unhelpful, and showed a complete lack of respect for the customer. They even measured volumes with linear centimeters...

This level of behavior and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Misleading product descriptions, refusal to honor legal obligations, and the lowest standard of customer care I have ever experienced.

Despite the legal obligation to reimburse the money within 14 calendar days, I have still not received in my bank account.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this store – they simply cannot be trusted to deliver what they promise or to treat their customers fairly.

Super schneller Service. Hier kann man sorgenfrei bestellen.

Jeg købte en KitchenAid røremaskine hos Kitchenshop.eu til en pris, der var markant lavere end i Danmark. Desværre gik maskinen i stykker efter kort tid. Jeg reklamerede, og blev henvist til KitchenAid i Danmark – men da det viste sig meget svært at komme i kontakt med dem, og jeg samtidig kunne se stor utilfredshed med deres service på Trustpilot, valgte jeg i stedet at kontakte Kitchenshop.eu direkte igen.

Det var en rigtig god beslutning!

De reagerede hurtigt og professionelt: Jeg fik en gratis returlabel med det samme, kunne sende maskinen tilbage uden besvær, og de sørgede for både reparation og tilbage sendelse – helt uden omkostninger for mig.

Det er sjældent at opleve så god og imødekommende kundeservice – jeg kan varmt anbefale Kitchenshop.eu og handler gerne der igen.

Outstanding service – beyond expectations!

I bought a KitchenAid stand mixer from Kitchenshop.eu at a significantly lower price than what the same model costs in Denmark. Unfortunately, the mixer broke down after a short period of use. I filed a complaint and was directed to KitchenAid’s Danish support – but since they were extremely difficult to reach and had many negative reviews on Trustpilot, I decided to contact Kitchenshop.eu again.

That turned out to be the right choice!

They responded quickly and professionally. I received a free return shipping label immediately, sent the mixer back without hassle, and they took care of both the repair and return shipping – all at no cost to me.

It’s rare to experience such friendly and proactive customer service – I can highly recommend Kitchenshop.eu and will gladly shop there again.

Mein bestelltes Geschirr mit Zitronendecor wurde sehr schnell und in sehr guter Verpackung geliefert.
Der Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern per Mail erfolgte umgehend und sehr kompetent.

Recently bought a few Emile Henry items (tempted by an attractive price).
The dispatch was timely.
The items were as described and were sensibly packaged for the long road (use of original manufacturer's packaging and extra air foil wrapping inside the big box).
No need for additional contact.
I will definitely check them out again.

Ordrebekræftelse kom med det samme. Fine priser og godt udvalg. Levering var smertefrit trods travlhed over julen. Anmodning om regning i PDF format (istedet for de irriterende email baserede regninger der ikke kan udskrives) blev eftersendt med det samme.

Jeg købte en kasserolle og stegepande på hjemmesiden, det blev leveret indenfor en uges tid, selvom det var i den travle black friday periode. Der var endda en ovnhandske med i pakken som gave. Kan varmt anbefales.

Just placed an order for a Wok and a steel pan for eggs.
I chose bank transfer for my payment.
So far No CONFIRMATION of my order or a suggested way to pay them.
That is a sign that the firm is NOT TRUST WORTHY...

Rigtigt godt og fedt med en exter gave tog bare betalening hurtigt føre jeg havde fået vare og der gik over en uge uden at høre noget så var begyndt og tro jeg var blev snydt men heldigvis ikke og den blev bragte helt op til døren dejligt

Pakken var forsvarligt pakket ind. Det tog 3 arbejdsdage, og det var dejligt nemt at bestille fra hjemmesiden. Tak for den ekstra gave I gav :) Jeg besøger Jer gerne igen. Tak fordi I er der for alle os :D

I prodotti corrispondono a quanto ordinato, consegnati in perfetto stato e imballati con cura.
I tempi di consegna sono stati rapidi e la comunicazione più che efficiente.

Très honnêtement je n’étais pas très rassuré en commandant sur le site kitchenshop.eu car sur les forums certains avis recommandaient de fuir ce site qui était présenté comme une arnaque. En allant plus loin, j’ai compris qu’un site homonyme existait et que c’était de ce dernier qu’il s’agissait pour les opérations malhonnêtes. J’ai tout de même commandé mon produit avec une certaine méfiance. Produit commandé dimanche 8 septembre après midi et il m’a été livré vendredi 13 septembre au matin. Tres bonne réactivité, délai très raisonnable, transport et emballage impeccables, le produit est conforme au descriptif, le suivi de la commande a été très bon, un interlocuteur m’a répondu quand je m’étonnais que GLS ne mentionne pas la progression de ma livraison. En bref, vous pouvez acheter en toute confiance. Les prix sont très interessants et les produits sont de marque et de qualité. Pas d’hésitation, c’est un très bon site, honnête, que je recommande chaudement.
