The whole experience of dealing with Kitchens4u has been appauling. I ordered a cupboard with two drawers... sounds quite simple for a kitchen making company right? It appears not.
The website was easy to use and select and order the items I wanted, but that is where the ease ended.
The cupboard was not sent out for over a week and despite numerous attempts to find out when it would be delivered, the company would just keep saying, it will be dispatched tomorrow and a tracking number will be sent to you. Alas, I never received a tracking number but the cupboard did arrive to my suprise and was left outside of my address.
Unfortunatelly, the drawers were not sent at the same time and this has taken a further month of false promises of delivery. I thought this would be the end if the problamatic experience, but parts of the drawer were missing. I have been emailing and using web chat to contact the company but they have ghosted me and no longer reply with the matter unresolved.
Also the cupboard was damaged in that one of the cornershad been chipped which I assume was during delivery but I have not raised this matter with the company as the corner would be hidden at the rear.
So, in summary go to B&Q, Wickes or any other reputable company. You may spend a little more money but will save yourself lots of time chasing the company to send you the products you have paid for.

Arrived expediently and we'll packaged.
It was an item ordered to be adjusted and altered to accommodate a new item of equipment, and l was surprised how well made it was.
The colour matched perfectly, a real bonus and it matches existing.

Excellent service - replacement door was a match for rest of the kitchen which is c.8 years old. Hole drilling service was of great value and made the installation process so much easier for a novice DIY’er! Good communication too from customer service team.

I ordered a replacement door in January 2022. The hinge holes were drilled incorrectly, so I requested this to be addressed. I have rarely come across such an evasive behaviour from Kitchens4you. End of May, and I still don't have my door. I demanded my money back. Still nothing. What a waste of time, and what poor treatment of customer! Very disappointed. And yes, I still want my money back.

The majority of the kitchen doors I required had to be bespoke and Kitchens 4 U were excellent. The doors are of an extremely high standard. What also was surprising was the cost which was a two thirds cheaper than other stockists. Excellent and worth the money.

Got my kitchen for half the price than other kitchen suppliers , delivered when they said , no damage or missing items, the quality blew us away, we really expected cheaper flimsy kitchen units but this is amazing quality , solid and will last at least 10-15 years probably longer. The customer service with George is 5* , friendly courteous and move mountains to help you. I miscounted the units I needed so during the kitchen installation the Carpenter pointed my error out , George came to the rescue , got the additional items to me within 48hrs no fuss . No delay to the kitchen installation timeline. The doors I went for high gloss and some curved wow ! They look and feel expensive and have transformed my home to a palace . I will be actively recommending this company to everyone, 1st class service, top draw quality. Thank you George and team.

Ive worked very closely with George on online chat and started by ordering units for a new utility room which was to give me a first hand look at them as a company and the products before i took the plunge and did a bigger kitchen order and second utility room. George from the start has been helpful, patient and done what he can to accommodate (a few mistakes in measuring up on occasion, i needed additional cupboards and the units were sent overnight and with me the next day avoiding any major delays to my kitchen build) nothing is ever too much trouble and he has made this long process much easier, doors you have to wait a little while longer for but this is no real issue. As a company they sell very good choices for very good prices, I'm over the moon with our kitchen and utility rooms. i would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again. i went for the flat pack option as opposed to pre built as it saved some money and meant i needed less storage space for it until it was ready to install, once you've done a couple of them you pick it up very quickly and i also recommend using glue as a secondary strength to it, but back panels are very think and the units have solid tops as well instead of hollow like you normally find. all in all you can be sure to be impressed with your new kitchen if you choose to use this company.

I was looking to give my kitchen a refresh and thought new cupboard and drawer fronts would be an ideal cost effective option.

There are hundreds of places online to find them.

I chose to go with Kitchens 4U because of their customer service and competitive pricing.

George helped me every step of the way with answers to my (many) questions. He really made my life a lot easier.

In a world where it’s almost impossible to find good customer service, this was a refreshing change which made all the difference.

Hence why I am leaving this review as I can highly recommend them.

Fabulous service from George. Delivery in just over a week and kitchen doors were exactly as ordered.
Cant fault the price or quality either.
One very satisfied customer......do not hesitate to use this small and personal company!
