Very helpful and informative in the shop.
First two electricians were polite, unfortunately they did not have the right tools to adapt to fit in the hob.
Next day another electrician turned up, he was quite abrupt and rude, seemed as if he was in a rush.
Overall experience is very good, owner of the shop is excellent and very helpful. Would recommend the shop to buy your appliances

Excellent service from sale to after sale

Efficient and quick installation of new £550 Bosch washing machine and disposal of our old 30-year-old Bosch predecessor. (The old machine had fused all the power in the house when its heating element had failed). It was pouring with rain when the new machine was bodily carried in but the two-man team conscientiously wiped their feet every time they entered the house and opted not to use a wheeled truck out of respect for our carpets! All the hoses and waste pipes were methodically checked before the new machine was installed.

Good customer service, no pressure to buy and very nice showroom. I had an induction hob installed and the installer was very professional and did a great job

Quick delivery, ordered Wednesday evening and was delivered Friday morning. Rang Thursday to arrange a time slot and delivered right on time. Were very polite and helpful.

Only 5 stars. I would give 6 if I could. Mike was very helpful in making sure we got what we needed. This included a site visit to check measurements. No trawling the internet for me. kitchenology did all the work. On delivery day I was really tricky to get the large fridge into the house. James and Jake did a great job. They made sure that things were installed properly and the kitchen cabinets were put back together. Cleaned up and left us delighted with our new appliances.
This is why we shop local. We will be back. Well done. Great value, Great service. Many thanks.

We bought a fridge freezer. The chap at the shop was knowledgable and helpful at purchase. The delivery was on time and they were very good at taking care of our home as they installed the fridge freezer and changed the hinge side of the doors for us. Friendly, efficient, value for money and excellent at their jobs. All involved where great.
