Excellent customer service
I ordered 2 replacement kitchen doors from kitchen Door Outlet. From initially requesting a sample colour swatch to actually receiving my order the company were quick to respond.
I was very disappointed with the condition of the packing when I received my order as it was very wet and open at one end.
I immediately contacted the company and Amelia was extremely helpful extending my reporting window until I had the doors fitted and was happy with my purchase.
Excellent customer service.

Excellent service from the outset
Excellent service from the outset. Ordered sample doors which arrived promptly and then ordered doors, which arrived on time and are of very high quality.
The pricing was excellent as well, as they were less than half the price that I was quoted for very similar doors at a national DIY chain and which would not have been available for over 12 weeks.
There was a follow up email to ensure that the doors had arrived and that I was satisfied with them. I will certainly use this company again

After sales service/Warranty team…
After sales service/Warranty team disgusting 🫣. Bought a full kitchen doors/drawer fronts from them a year later one door had unlaminated itself on the bottom corner warranty team refused to replace it stating it was due to heat damage one out of five top cupboard doors had unlaminated itself I think not. Will not be buying again from them. Very disappointed

We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with our warranty claims procedure. All our doors are warrantied against manufacturing defects, and on the very rare occasion that issues do arise, we’ll always resolve them.
Our warranty, however, doesn’t apply to circumstances of misuse, and the damage to this door is consistent with heat-related damage. As you note above, only one door is affected, and in a particular way.
We have reached out with a goodwill gesture to help resolve this with you, but we have yet to hear back.
We look forward to hearing from you directly and resolving this for you.

Made an order not realising I didn’t…
Made an order not realising I didn’t match the cornice, pelmet and plinth in the same colour. Received an email informing me that they didn’t match colour wise. Then noticed I didn’t order handless doors 🫣! So we spoke via email got all the issues sorted and order was eventually placed without it being problem on their end! Very patient and willing to help! Will definitely use again as most other firms would have just sent the order as it was placed!
