Where do I start! I found kml this year & I am not sorry I did. My goodness the array of styles to choose from is amazing. Isabella goes above and beyond with any questions regarding sizing, colours and replies promptly. Also her lives on TikTok are extremely helpful when she does try ons for her following to show the exact product before you purchase. Iv ordered many a time now and everytime is better again. Brilliant quality clothes, never disappointed. Customer service and the whole experience is always 10/10 and isabella always helps out with sizing or any questions i have. Returns are also hassle free although never a need for them really as things always arrive beautifully packaged with a thank you card. Isabella remembers all her customers which makes the buying experience so much more personal!
