there was no reply to email sent on 10th May. Also I dont understand what I was being asked for or how to get it. I have not had this issue before with accounting Online . Its not clear what I should upload to which site Senta/Xero/Hubdoc

Hi , basically mistakes on the accounts, mistakes on documents sent to us, which we have to correct. Warnings on emails to complete a task within 7 days or you will be fines etc.
then when I call to speak to someone to sort out mistakes I cannot get through even when deadlines are looming.
I never seem to have a correspondence or email from you that does not cause stress???
