It’s easy to imagine that packing your bag and going traveling will be nothing but fun and adventure. In truth, it’s definitely adventure but not always fun flavored. Solo travel is amazing, but also sometimes lonely. With the Kino experience you never feel lonely. You land in a community within a community. Spending time in Tursi was like visiting a friends old childhood town with a bunch of your other friends from college. We started in the houses near locals, visited the same bars they do, and enjoyed the same beautiful location that they call home. You get to feel as both a visitor, guest, and inhabitant all at the same time. Kino also worked diligently to make sure there was always something to do and everyone had everything they could need.

As a first-timer working fully remotely, I had no idea what to expect. I knew that I didn't want to worry about my internet connection and that I'd like to meet new people. And KINO exceeded all expectations, starting from picturesque Ostuni city, an amazing group of people from all over the world, after-work activities' suggestions and arrangements (all tailored to our participants' wishes), to meeting the local community. 
It was an amazing month, but as with all amazing things, it can have side effects. You might fall in love with the slow-paced Italian lifestyle, make friendships, find new things about yourself, and at the end of that month, you won't want to go back.

I was sorrounding by so many inputs, given to me by the different culture and wisdom of the other participants, that changed me a bit.. now they are part of my story.

My experience with KINO was great - i enjoyed 3 weeks of remote work in Ostuni in March, 2023. And although our group was small, but that allowed us to connect even more and have the small group dinamics while experiencing the authentic italian activities. So if you are searching for smaller communities of digital nomads, crafted and authentic local experiences and good organisation, you should definitely think about joining KINO in one of their adventures!

As a participant to their last Ostuni experience I can only subscribe to every single positive word from past reviews.
All my expectations were exceeded: picturesque town, beautiful and functional accommodation, great co-working space, plenty of activities and the freedom to join them or even to suggest new ones. But above all, what will stay in my heart are the people. The organizers are genuinely interested in everyone’s well-being and this permeates the whole experience. We came to Ostuni mostly as single remote workers and left being part of a community. The odd part for me was that even work did not feel like work, such was the excitement! So thank you Kino, it is not a goodbye, it’s an arrivederci...may our paths cross again soon.

Would most definitely recommend using Kino. Had a great time with them in Italy recently. Everything was organised perfectly - I was able to work remotely at their coworking space and take part in a number of experiences they’d arranged. The organisers and other participants were great. If you’re considering joining, my advice would be to sign up right now!

KINO Ostuni was a lovely experience! The people were amazing and a good mix from all over the world. The coworking space was great as a digital nomad (not having to worry about WiFi). There were plenty of activities that you could attend or chose to skip as needed. I made some amazing friendships and wonderful memories. Highly recommend!

I joined the experience in Tursi in 2022. The team was lovely, flexible with our planning, and well organized. I'm impressed hoe they found such a beautiful secluded Italian village, where tourism is an unknown concept, and all Italians welcomed us with open arms. Weekends were packed full with fun activities, from hiking to chilling on the beach, to making authentic pizza at the local pizzeria.
Can't recommend this experience enough!

If you are a digital nomad or remote worker and you’re interested in exploring Italy, look no further than KINO. They scout out the hidden gems of Italy and work closely with local communities to offer experiences that are authentic and off-the-beaten track. The community numbers are small so you’ll get to know the people on the experience pretty quickly and make connections through shared experiences. You’ll have little to worry about as good quality accommodation, high-speed WiFi, co-working space and transportation assistance is all taken care of for you. The founders are doing an excellent job of bringing people to less well-known parts of the country and showing what a beautiful place it is. Join a KINO experience and you’ll have memories and connections to last a lifetime. I’d recommend KINO to everyone!

I love KINO’s focus on smaller places in Italy and their effort to support local economies through remote work. I joined them for a month in Tuscany and it was wonderful. 10/10 recommended!

Kino was able to show me the italian way of living, where I had great time meeting old friends as well as new ones, tasting local food and great wines. I have participated to 2 of their projects (summer and fall ones) and both showed me different gems of Italy's small villages life.

I've done 2 projects with the group and both of them brought friend for life.

The best thing about KINO is that they give you peace of mind and it's pretty much guaranteed that you will have a good time.

I can't tell you how much it means not having to worry about making new friends, going on adventures and finding a spot for working etc. They do everything to make you feel welcome and enjoy your time.

The locations are also kinda off the beaten path gems. Who can tell that they have lived in a fairy tale village with 0 tourists? You'll be able to once you take part in a KINO experience :)

The beauty of KINO Italy is that you‘re not only a visitor. Instead you are instantly part of a beautiful welcoming community of explorers and at the same time you feel like an active part of the location you are staying at. I was at the Santa Fiora Experience in Tuskany with my boyfriend. Only a few days in we knew so many different people in town already, from the bakery, the hairdresser, restaurants, our neighbours, which gave a beautiful feeling of inclusion. We had the chance to visit the mayor‘s office, could choose between 2 great workspaces and were exploring the beautiful known and not so known places, attractions, traditional feasts & experiences this incredible part of the country has to offer. All together within a fun group of digital nomads, Andrea & Sere doing their absolut best to give you a fantastic experience. Highly recommended- Grazie Mille!

We had a fantastic time in Tursi, Italy with Kino -- from the communication beforehand, providing options for housing, connecting us to the community before we even got there, answering all our questions and then the experience itself! Lovely people and great tailored events. You can tell that Kino attracts the kind of remote workers who really care about the local communities and culture... And are great to hang out with too! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants that kind of experience.

It was my first time as a digital nomad and Kino was the best choice! Everything was fun and easygoing! If you like good food, excellent company, and lifetime experiences, you should definitely follow them!
