I bought segway ninebot escooter
They had two payment options
Paypal and wire transfer
I tried Paypal many times it doesn't work( i think they make it to fail so you use the other method which is wire transfer)
So i transfer the money and after they confirm the money has been received they keep tell me we will process your order today
We will tomorrow
We will on Monday
After that they stop replying my emails
THEY ARE SCAMMERS
THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS
AVOID THIS WEBSITE

I spent at least 3 hours trying to pay for the little Jeep. They Wanted it through Western Union. I didn't have an account. The western union app was very difficult to sign up for. I tried my Bank for an e transfer. They apparently don't know what that is. I also tried Pay Pal. The problem was. To send these "people' any money you need either their phone number or Email address. They didn't seem to get it. Soo frustrating. I paid and decided to look into the company. Nothing but bad news. I was very lucky.I asked for a refund and they paid me. They then sent me a rude and accusitory e mail. I wasn't able to sleep I was up so long. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE JOKERS!!!

thanks to Trustpilot and the comments of members , I avoided a big scam made by Kingvelo.com which is a crook company ,criminals .

KingVelo.com is a huge fraud setup. DON’t buy anything from that site, you will never see your money or goods.

Bought a Segway Ninebot P100, at first everything looked okay, then I received an invoice trough PAYPAL. The seller on the invoice was not KingVelo but "Teknikmart.Tangerang01" this raised my suspicion, therefor I contacted PAYPAL immediately, but was told they could not stop the transfer.

Contacted KingVelo.com on there contact form, got an answer 6 hours later that they would investigate it. Didn’t hear anything and wrote again and got a new answer that I should be patient and that I would receive a tracking ID as soon as the carrier had picked up the item. Again, didn’t hear anything, wrote them again and have not heard from them since.

Hope that I can get my money back through PAYPAL.

PayPal rocks, based on my complaint the have decided to pay back the full amount, thanks PayPal.

Ordered RC car for $350, no car ever came and cant get my money back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Avoid, AVOID....just another non performing overseas scam to get paid without any intention to fulfill orders.

Yes I’m ok after receiving my refund through PayPal dispute so to update on my experience is that they are pure class A weirdos with an agenda to disrupt the common good of the naturality of the red blooded American. They are into the politics of the United Nations and are clearly present to promote the undertaking of the hunger game we all live. Save yourself and don’t buy with them it is no king treatment so it pays your sanity to pay a little extra for decent customer service.

Ordered a log splitter online 17/06/24
Received my order ID 18/06
Received email to say order is shipped 19/06
Asked for update on my order 22/07
Received BS email to say due to shooting attempt on D Trump delays were happening 23/07
Advised then I was Australian and not American. 23/07
That was the last email they sent and after 3 more email to them no response.
Made a claim through PayPal and they investigated and with no response PayPal paid back my money.
Stay away from this company as they lie and are dishonest.

King velo site is a front for an Indonesian company trio techniks. They withdraw from account using PayPal refuse to respond then cancel order without refund and PayPal obviously is incompetent denying refund without any explanation.

Do not purchase from these companies should you ever encounter them in any search for products.

Incompetent/rude service

Made an order. Indicated 2-3 days to deal with shipping / get tracking number. 1 week later heard nothing and wrote to customer service ***************their response exactly as it was;****************Please write anything about us on the internet, "That is your right"
We must carefully look at and check the condition of the goods to be sent, and if there is a delay in delivery time, that is normal and must be tolerated.Do you understand Mr As.s-hole? 🤐

I have purchased online from King velo, after few days I didn't get any confirmation of my order, nor to shipping date, after two months of asking for shipping information, they just keep lie to me and cheating on me. King velo is absolutely untrustworthy and scam. Please be careful on your online purchase. Do not make an account for login to their website, which is scam.

I ordered a Scott bike from them at first I was doubtful but when the order arrived we were finally convinced and it wasn't what people said.
If payment is held by PayPal, perhaps I, as a seller, will not dare to release the goods until the specified time.
This is an international business and I as a buyer only believe in PayPal.

Ordered a zero turn mower Paid through PayPal. After confirming order nothing for several weeks Then told me that mower was waiting at shipping warehouse to consolidate shipping.
Weeks more pass when finally when asked they said order was cancelled but could not say whom. They were abrupt and rude to the point of sheer arrogance and told us to go to PayPal for a refund.
Thankfully PayPal did refund the money but would not comment about what transpired. We do know that Kingvelo.com would not reply to PayPal
