Ich habe ein T-Shirt und einen Hoodie bestellt.
Der Hoodie ist bei der ersten gemeinsamen Wäsche mit dem T-Shirt bei 30°C von größe M auf ca. XS eingegnagen.
Laut support hätte ich den Hoodie falsch gewaschen. Wenn das der Fall gewesen wäre das T-Shirt aber logischerweise auch eingegangen.
Weiter möchte mir der Support nicht helfen.

Fazit: Schlechter Support, der sich nicht mit Gewährleistungsrecht auskennt und schlechte Qualität der Textilien.
Kauft euer Merch lieber wo anders!

I ordered an item via Kings Road on Jan 23rd.

I was charged for this item on Jan 24.

I never received any order confirmation or shipping info.

I contacted them about this item on Jan 30 with no response.

Again on Feb 11. No response.

Again on Feb 13. No response.

Began chargeback process.

14 Tage Versandzeit sind in der heutigen Zeit schon unterirdisch, doch nicht mal die halten sie ein. Zwei Bestellungen zusammenführen? Keine Chance, angeblich aus buchhalterischen Gründen. Buchhalter hier, mir fällt kein einziger Grund ein, weshalb das nicht gehen soll, außer Inkompetenz.
Keine Band, die etwas auf sich hält sollte dort Merchandise vertreiben. Die Unfähigkeit dieses "Shops" ist schon pure Rufschädigung.
Bevor ich das nächste Mal Merchandise bestelle, schaue ich, ob es über Kings Road Merch vertrieben wird und verzichte öieber als mir die Bumsbude nochmal anzutun.

My wife ordered me a T Shirt a few weeks before xmas. It never arrived. They were slow in replying, and have not replied to our emails asking for a full refund. AVOID.

I placed an order December 16 and I paid $17 extra for two days shipping, although it was before Christmas I thought paying the extra shipping would get this to me a lot sooner however it did not arrive until mid January and no one ever responded to me I sent several several emails asking if I could at least get my shipping refunded to me. They never responded. The sweater unfortunately is one size 2 small and once again I cannot get anyone to respond to me about an exchange or a refund so I ended up ordering another sweater so now I’m $200 in the hole, I have no idea if I go to return the original sweater if I’m ever gonna see my money back and I completely got robbed of my expedited two day shipping with no resolution to get anything refunded to me and I have to pay shipping to even return the original sweater, what a nightmare I’m never ordering from this merch ever again

Katastrophe, seit zwei Wochen warte ich auf die Versandbestätigung, nichts.. am Telefon wird man nur vertröstet das es die tage raus geht, nichts ist passiert.

I placed an order for ONE shirt back in November and it's now mid December and it hasn't shipped. I've reached out using their contact email three separate times now and all I get is an automated response saying I'll hear back soon and I never have. I would not recommend this company and am starting to become doubtful that I'll ever receive my shirt!!

I ordered a product back in November.I am still waiting for it now that it is the middle of december. They just send out form letters if you ask for estimated times delivery. This might just be a scam retailer website , so please be wary. If you want the product anytime within 2 or 3 business months , this may not be the store for you .

Placed an order on 24 November 2025 for one item, a hoodie. Received an order confirmation but no delivery estimate.

In the confirmation message it was stated that I would be notified when the item was shipped.

Sixteen days later no notification. No communication whatsoever.

I have sent a query about the matter to Kings Road. Their automated reply mentions the current holiday shipping season.That’s why I placed the order in November.

Having purchased clothing at concert venues, I am well aware of their generally poor quality. Assessing this item is pending its possible arrival.

25 days after the order placed, I received the item. Despite automated replies to my messages, never heard a word from them.

Hoodie is nice; graphics look good. After a wash the plastic smell is gone.

We made a mistake with invoice details. Right away I asked to change info and was told I will get a new invoice after the item is shipped. After we got the item, I contacted them again and was told it’s not possible. I showed them the email I got from them and nothing helped. I could have cancelled the order and make a new one with the correct details… very annoying.

On two separate occasions, I’ve needed help from Kings Road’s support team. Usually involving delivery companies or mistyped address issues.
Their support team is on point, quick to reply and very helpful. Both issues were resolved quickly and effectively by a very friendly support agent!
I can’t thank the team enough for giving me a means to represent some of my favourite artists!

Shirt was made from cheap thin cotton so paid for return postage using tracked International at £10 cost to myself, they have had it a week and still no refund. Replied to one email saying they didn't see any return open for it and have now been ignoring me, so opening a chargeback via my bank. Will not use this company again, which is a shame as lots of bands I like use them for their merch.

Quality of the shirt was poor, the black from the shirt leaked onto the white design with each wash. Terrible customer service, flat out refused to offer any help with no explanation as to why.

Schnelle Lieferung aber teure Versandkosten
Die Retoure ist etwas komplizierter. Wenn das ein grösserer Aufwand ist werde ich die Sachen lieber privat verkaufen. Schade dass man erst eine Email schreiben muss um eine Anleitung zu bekommen für den Rückversand das könnte ausgebessert werden. Ansonsten top

I placed an order 10 days ago. They sent a receipt with a link to the shop app to track and yet it says preparing to ship for 10 days. No further communication. When will it ship? Will it ship? I'm not expecting Amazon speed but I do expect updates. Just a note that says it will take 7-10 or more business days for us to put it in the post. It's also coming USPS so the store likes to gamble.

I bought a shirt advertised as “Made in America”, but was instead made in Mexico. They want me to pay for return shipping to make up for their dishonesty.

Ich hatte hier ein CD / Shirt Package vorbestellt. Die Shirts sind super groß ausgefallen. Kein Problem sollte man meinen. Leider gibt es bei KRM Germany wohl keine echten Menschen im Support. Auf meine Fragen wurde nur mit Textbausteinen geantwortet. Oder eine KI-Assistent. Wie auch immer. Ich habe keine Hilfe bekommen und konnte nichts umtauschen. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal bestellen.

Very kind customer service that hooked me up when USPS destroyed/lost my order. I never had a problem with them with any of my purchases. They re-sent my order through UPS instead.
