Very happy with the clearance - worked around our requirements and all cleared with no fuss.

The Kings House team arrived early and after a quick look round to check where everything to be cleared was stored, they started work. They cleared the garden, shed and most of the house in super quick time. Ross and Ian were very friendly and helpful. We were really pleased with all the effort put in and the way everything was sorted to increase the possibility of donation with the other Ross arriving to take the possible donations away. We would recommend Kings House to anyone who needs a clearance service.

I used Kings House Clearance to clear a relative's house. The house was extremely cluttered with 30+ years of items across a 3 bed house with loft, shed and garage. Ross was extremely helpful from initial point of contact to the final clear. He replied quickly to my messages, was very clear when communicating and generally helpful. I liked the way he gave a written quote in advance of the work. I wasn't local to the house and he sent me videos to show the work he had done. Clearing this house could have potentially been a very stressful task but Kings House clearance made it extremely straightforward. Highly recommend!
