The website is a scam - I recently purchased a shelf with a hidden compartment and I got an email a day with updates on the parcel. Until it got to Denmark (where I am from) then the updates stopped and the messages I get from Kingohoe when texting via via support is just a bot. The good reviews on here looks fake, I just wish I had checked up on it sooner. Stay safe🙏

Goods never arrived, no refund. Scam site.

Sito truffa. Articolo mai inviato, nessun tracking number. Rispondono alle email di sollecito prendendo in giro.

I order a wallboard from them . It s been more than a month now . There s kinfd of a tracking number witch is moving every 10 days ..
It looks finally like a big scam like many ad on Instagram .
But the finnaly refund me i never received the wallboard....

These are just the same as every other facebook/google scam shop.

I've ordered a shelf that opens up underneath its cost me over £100.

They've sent me generic emails repeatedly saying they are expediting the transport.

However tracking shows its in the uk its been here for 2 weeks and no uk number? .

If it was the case it would have been delivered by now.

All the u.s reviews look fake on here seems anyone outside the us is having issues

I received a completely different product. Theft, cheating… No communication, no compensation… NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered and within one day tried to canceled the order. Got a message from customer service asking for a reason. After providing the answer, got the message that order has already been shipped and was provided with a link and code, which of course did not work. Running a business like that in 2024 is absolutely not acceptable and must be reported to FTC. Don’t support these kind of companies.
