Another huge cost increase

The cost of this insurance is huge and increases are huge every year without justification when no claims have been made ever by me in the past 30 years !! As far as I am concerned this is a necessary evil to protect against a catastrophe.
Your agent who I spoke to did a brilliant job of talking me through it. She was very knowledgable and able to layout all the details of what I am paying for.

Very helpful

Very helpful lady rang me and so I was able to talk her through errors which had crept in to the existing policy. She then advised me on the best way to rectify this.

I save over £20k a year

Been with them for many years and they genuinely listen and have saved me many thousands on my insurance, over £20k a year thanks to Jim who had been my broker for over a decade.

Good to have automatic renewal

It was good to have time to reconsider the quote before automatic renewal.

Delighted that the actual premium was reduced when it came to the automatic withdrawal from our bank account. Still do not know why this happened but much appreciated.

For the s cond year running I was…

For the s cond year running I was assured I would receive a paper copy of my insurance policy. For the second year running I explained the reasons a hard copy was needed. For the second year running my request has been ignored. There will not be a third year.
