I purchased the two-year program with Kingdom 320. It’s like getting a degree in real estate. They teach you everything from wholesaling, fix and flip, buying hold, create financing in so much more.
I was able to apply what I learned and bought a short term rental on seller financing. 15% cash on cash return.
I was also able to complete a fix and flip that netted $30,000 in profit. If you apply what they teach you will get results. Applying faith in God biblical principles to investing make this community very special.

What a great vision
What a great vision : to gather like-minded Christians for knowledge based sharing and learning in the Real Estate arena! We joined this group over a year ago after attending a 3 day training in Jacksonville, FL. The depth of information in this group is stellar. They are there to help, whether by phone, email or website training and webinars. If you are looking to delve into this industry for investment reasons, buy and hold, private lending or other areas, this is the place to come for a great kick-start and on going support. Thanks Kingdom 320!

I started working with Kingdom 320 in mid 2024. I really loved the idea of supporting others to creating wealth for the Kingdom of God. Six months in and I am even more fond of Kingdom 320 as they continue to grow and align with how God wants us to steward our wealth. They TRULY SUPPORT the students in all departments in many ways unseen before in the REI industry.
