Due to a temporary stock shortage and a warehouse transition, there was an unexpected delay. We communicated that the earliest dispatch would be in early July and have continued to follow up on the status.
We understand that you may have been anxious about not receiving our advance notice during this period. We process a large volume of messages daily, and we don't proactively contact clients unless there's an urgent situation. Therefore, your situation has remained unchanged on our follow-up list. Great Bike... Helpful Customer Service
This is the first time I purchased an e-bike, and after doing a lot of research, I got a Kingbull Ranger. I initially had an issue with my rear brake after assembling the bike, and I was especially impressed with the timely and helpful responses I got from their customer service via email. The bike has exceeded my expectations, and I love it!

I ordered the Kingbull Ranger to share…
I ordered the Kingbull Ranger to share with my 12 year old son as a fun ride around the neighborhood since he’s always wanted something electric.
The bike itself overall works wonderfully, getting up to 31mph with no problem and a very reasonable battery life.
For whatever I could never get the headlight to power on. For brevity’s sake I contacted “Wolfie” in customer support, and have been sent out two additional headlights and housing mounts in a very fast and polite manner to fix the problem.
When these didn’t work, I was then sent a new LCD screen with zero hassle to see if this will fix the single issue.
I won’t have a chance to test this option for a couple of days, but I can say that Kingbull absolutely has stellar customer service, and I would purchase from again with no reservations!
Update:
The
Headlight is now fixed. A tip I learned on my own;
Plug the headlight in before attaching it to the front on the bike to ensure if it works. My 3rd headlight worked, but I found if I screwed the very long included screws in too far, the headlight would turn back off for
Whatever reason.
When I backed the screws out a bit, the headlight came back on and has worked fine

Great Customer Service
We purchased the Kingbull Ranger back in March for our son and it arrived with a malfunctioning headlight. I reached out to customer service and they replaced it right away! Customer service has been top notch and extremely responsive with any questions or issues we’ve had. I would recommend them for anyone interested in owning an e-bike.

mine was a factory 2nd out the box imo and my bike repair guy whos warning everyone to stay away from this crap company! Only after 240 in repairs its now got worse gotta replace rear tire it hops once over 24 mph. I know the tires are trash but 1st thought it was motor causing the issue what? No its just the lump in tire! just the 4th issue im having with this pos cheap crap chinese crap. now with 30 miles im listing it for sale! WAY to many issues and there returns make u pay 150 shipping return for there factory issues lovely! Ill post youtube videos soon and ill post them here for the idiot haters who think i dont know how to assemble a bike lmao PLEASE! Id buy an aipas before this trash build again. No worrys customerservice dont give a dam aka want some free stickers and a phone holder??? and Im 1000% sure there warranty is as trashed as there service is, Hey want to buy a ex titan with only 30 miles for 1100 its a steal of a deal! off centered front tire, lump in rear, front fork bottoms out easily its 1 hell of a deal!

A $240 partial refund was issued promptly for the initial issues
A free replacement rear tire has now been shipped and should have already been delivered to you
We also approved a $40 installation reimbursement to ensure you wouldn’t be out of pocket
Our support team has continued to follow up and respond throughout the entire process
At this point, since the replacement tire has been delivered, we sincerely hope the main riding issue you experienced is now close to being fully resolved. Based on similar cases, this type of “hopping” is typically isolated to the tire itself, and replacing it should restore a smooth riding experience.
We understand your concerns, but we do want to reassure you that we have been consistently taking responsibility and providing solutions, even beyond standard procedures, to make things right.
If the issue has improved after installing the new tire, we would truly appreciate it if you could update your review to reflect the current situation, as this helps avoid misunderstandings for other riders.

Kingbull Ranger, a fantastic ride!!
I recently purchased the Kingbull Ranger after reading about it and watching a number of on line reviews.
I've owned the Literider for almost 2 years now with zero issues and decided to stay with kingbull.
Super quick shipping, customer service is quick to respond with any questions I've had along the way, I've been satisfied to this point.
Recieved the Ranger yesterday via FedEx, I did purchase shipping protection and surprisingly there was zero damage to the box and the bike was in perfect condition.
Assembly is pretty straight forward and was completed in about an hour.
Battery came charged to about 52 Volts which is awesome.
After conducting a system and functions check I took it on a nonstop 13 mile road test and it performed really well.
I used all levels of PAS, SLOWLY increasing the PAS over a few miles to work the systems in.
31 mph top speed, I'm 5'11" @188 and it's all the bike I need in this style.
For Sub $800 with applicable discounts, you simply can't beat the bike for this price.
The dual suspension is the sweet spot with this machine and the battery after 13 miles, still showed all bars and still had about 49-50 Volts left according to the in screen display.
The hydraulic disc brakes are awesome considering what you get for the price. This is my 3rd Ebike. 2nd kingbull and I do believe they go the extra mile give the buyer the most bang for the buck.
I'm 60 years old and this hobby/sport has been super exciting and keeps me in the outdoors enjoying easy long rides.
One extra little benefit is that it has passenger foot pegs so now I can take my grandkids for short rides too!
Buy this bike before the price goes up!
$750 shipped with tax and all that you are getting is absolutely awesome 👌

Also to note, the folding literider I have, has never let me down, I've enjoyed the 1100 plus miles I've ridden it so far as well. Please keep making quality bikes kingbull!!

My order came surprisingly fast
My order came surprisingly fast, very satisfied with the hunter 2.0 I received. The bike quality is top notch and handles very smooth. I upgraded my seat to the suspension seat and lost one of the fastener bolts to it, so I contacted customer service and they are sending my a replacement with no extra cost. Great experience so far, very satisfied!

I gave my 13-year-old son a ride, and it was super smooth—I didn't have any issues even though he's taller than me. My husband also rode with me as a passenger, and I didn't feel cramped at all. This bike is truly wonderful!

Fast and careful delivery!
It was easy to assemble with the included tools. Seems solid (will see how it lasts over time). It's road-approved with front and rear lights, plus a horn. Comes with a 17.5Ah battery and charger. The wide tires, front fork, and big saddle make for a comfortable ride.They even include a combination lock and a user manual. Overall, a well-equipped bike at an attractive price!

Powerful, versatile, agile
This Kingbull e-bike is a pretty solid ride overall. The motor feels strong, and it handles my daily commute really well, even with a few hills. The battery gets me where I need to go, though I wish it squeezed out a few more miles on a full charge – I have to be mindful on longer weekend trips. The display is clear, and the gears shift smoothly enough. It's a great step up from a regular bike and a good value, but if they could boost the battery slightly, it'd be perfect.

I have a Kingbull Literider 2.0
I typically cover 20+ miles each ride, and sometimes even push it past 40 miles. The Kingbull is a fantastic product, and knowing it comes with a great warranty for any issues that pop up just adds to my peace of mind.

Not Bad for the price...
The bike arrived well-received and well-packaged. Assembly wasn't too complicated, but the manual is really, really mediocre in terms of comprehension – that definitely needs improvement. As for the bike itself, I'm quite skeptical. I've owned electric bikes before, but this one operates strangely. When you pedal, it delivers acceleration with a delay and then 'runs away' for a few seconds even without any pedaling, then cuts off the assist, and so on. It's quite disorienting at first for someone used to consistent and progressive acceleration.
