Rude staff
My daughter attended Brentwood today for first appointment and waited 40 minutes, and had the most awful experience. Rude staff, no care and certainly no kindness. Most inappropriate name for an IVF clinic. Avoid.

We're sorry to hear that her first appointment did not meet expectations and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unexpected wait time. After a thorough internal investigation, it came to our attention that there were some delays of up to 20 minutes, that impacted your daughter’s appointment. We aim to provide a smooth and timely experience for all our patients, and we fell short of our usual standards on this occasion. We want to assure you that we take punctuality seriously and are working diligently to prevent such delays from occurring in the future.
We kindly request that we all strive for respectful and polite interactions, even during challenging moments. We believe that effective communication and a mutual understanding between our team and our patients is essential in achieving the best outcome.
