I ordered a phone case and the initial delivery and quality were great. The disappoint has come about 6 months later as the design has scratched off with use. Considering it’s a high touch item, it’s a shame that the design is pretty much all gone less than 1 year after buying it.

Where is my package?
I ordered an iPhone cover for my 14 pro max + lensprotection on the 28th of march. It is now the 2nd of april and I haven’t heard anything. The only update I’ve been given is “shippinglabel made”. Otherwise nothing.
I’ve tried to reach costumersupport, but I haven’t heard back.
I had really been looking forward to receiving this package, but I probably won’t get it anytime soon.

I can see that one of our team has been looking into your query and sent a response to your email yesterday within a few hours of the ticket being opened.
Upon checking, your order was shipped out on the 30th of March with tracking information.
Tracking information can sometimes take some time to reflect the status of the package, but if you scroll down on the tracking page, you can see that the package has been moving through the network as expected. The last update was on the 1st of April as the package prepares for international shipment. The estimated delivery timeline for your package is up to the 9th of April, so please allow some time for international transit. I hope this helps!

Love their designs, I bought a mug as my first order but it arrived with blurred print. I contacted customer services and they sent out a new one free of charge straight away, which is perfect!
