Best customer support I've experienced
Great selection of products, but most importantly the customer support is incredible. Compared to other similar japanese shops, Kimochiishop will take the time to contact you about your order if anything is wrong instead of just sending it out the door.

The staff are very responsive
The staff are very responsive. Every time I asked a question when they were working, I got a response within the hour.
There was a small mishap with one of the products I ordered, and they gave me the option for a refund, a backorder, or store credit with an extra 1000 yen.
Processing only took 2 days, and the package came to me very secured and wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap.
Website navigation could use a bit more quality of life work (namely have an easier way to search via brand instead of having to navigate all the way down the main page) but is to be expected from a new company.

Reliable
Smaller selection than other stores but delivery was surprisingly fast for EMS (even with COVID). They are pretty reliable. Products were delivered as intended without damages as well. Definitely will be ordering from them again.

A company that offers it's service without any hassle. They tell you when to expect an item ahead of time, you are given ways of finding your item, and the overall process is an easy one. I have few words, and ultimately, I think that speaks best about the company and the service.

The website has some delay to update the progress of buying and shipping.
but look like they try their best to work during COVID-19. in my case, I got the parcel after order around 2 weeks.(To Thailand)
If you guys need any information then just them the email. They will answer everything.
