Great service by supervisor Anees and his team.

The movers arrived exactly on time at 8:30am, they were extremely organized and polite and not messy. They worked without complaining and did not leave until they to the job done.

The whole move went smoothly. I was very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and efficiency, from arranging everything to inspection/quote to the actual move on the day. I would highly recommend to others.

Another update:
The nature of the delay has now changed. After months of back and forth, I provided KIM with my bank account details in the UAE in order to process the reimbursement amount that was agreed upon (where approval for the amount took months btw). A few weeks later I asked for an update and was told that they are not able to proceed with a bank transfer outside KSA. Being an 'international' company, that seemed very strange. It should not be expected that everyone who uses their service will retain a bank account in KSA, especially if the move was for a final exit. Ever since, all my whatsapp messages have been completely ignored. Happy to provide a copy of the correspondence between myself and the employees if needed. Thank you and looking foward to a speedy resolution.

Update:
Up until I received my HHGs, everything seemed great. Unfortunately, after receiving my shipment, the unpacking team and I noticed major damages and critical missing items. Items damaged included the bedroom drawer, mirror decoration, the dining table (heavily scratched), broken glass and the coat hanger. Items that couldn't be assembled due to missing items are 1)bedroom clothes rack and 2)standing mirror. What is really unfortunate is that my messaged have been dismissed once I identified these issues. My contact (happy to refer you to my legal team if names and phone numbers are required) has referred me to another employee, who has since been unresponsive. It would be great if we all deal with this more professionally. Mistakes happen, and ownership of these mistakes is key.

I engaged KIM International Movers to transport my personal belongings home from KSA upon my retirement. From the start the removal manager Anup was very friendly, polite and took charge of the whole operation. The packing and removal was performed very efficiently by Gireesh and Sreejith. Everything was carefully wrapped and packed and transported for shipping. Anup kept me informed of the complete process and no problems occurred during shipping with transport or customs. My belongings arrived at my home address in perfect condition. KIM have treated my belongings with excellent care and attention. Zyan and his team in UK were quick and efficient. An all round excellent service which was great value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for any shipping order. Well done and thank you.

Very efficient and friendly service from KSA to Dubai. Our 85 inch TV was secured by multiple layers of packaging and finally packed into a crate. In Dubai it was carefully removed from all the packaging and professionally mounted on the wall. This was a reflection of their overall service. In addition, our belonging were safely stored in KSA for four months at very reasonable rates before transport to Dubai. Highly recommended.

The only international movers I'd trust. Anju is very responsive and helpful in all ways. They visited our place in Saudi Riyadh to canvass and gave us an affordable package. Everything went smooth from inquiry until our things arrived in Dubai.

Anees,Boby, Jobin, Appu, Aboobacker were the men who carefully packed our things. They were friendly and they do their job really great. They sealed and labeled all the boxes which makes it easier for us to know where our things are when unpacking. All our things are well packed and no damage.

The whole team was great ! Anoop was really supportive and understanding at every step. I moved from Riyadh to Manchester Uk, faced no issues with them. The crew packed everything in a very organized and careful fashion bubble wrapping anything that’s fragile or close to it. They cleaned up afterwards as well which is I never expect any company would do here. I recommend using KIM to everyone who reads this and as well to the people I know.
