Why We Started I remember it was an ordinary afternoon when I was shooting a promotional video for a client's crystal products. I was captivated by the beauty of these crystals, each shimmering under the lights, unique and seemingly imbued with its own story and soul. However, during a casual conversation, the client inadvertently mentioned several negative aspects of the market, such as rampant counterfeits, inferior products, and even some merchants charging customers a lot but failing to deliver. These revelations left me shocked and disappointed. That night, I couldn't find peace at home. I kept thinking: How could such beautiful crystals be tarnished by these market practices? China has a tradition of excellent business ethics. Our proverbs say, 'no pointed peak, no trading,' which comes from the way rice is piled high in a bowl to make a pointed top. This shows that the seller always gives a bit more to make the customer happy, which is important for a business that lasts." Moreover, China, hosting one of the world's leading crystal wholesale markets, needs a reputation for integrity. The more I learned about the crystal market, the more I felt the need for change. Why not establish a brand that not only showcases the beauty of crystals but also changes the status quo of the industry? What We Do Thus began my journey. I visited numerous crystal factories and wholesalers, interacted with experts and artisans, learning to distinguish real from fake crystals, understanding their mining and processing, and comparing different quality products to gain a deeper understanding of these magical stones. In this process, I realized the importance of establishing strict standards to ensure the quality and ethics of our crystals: From the source, we carefully select partners who use pure, natural crystals without any dyeing, electroplating, or synthetic processing. Products like opalite or fake turquoise are not on our list. For our main products, we send them to professional testing agencies to obtain crystal testing reports. In the process of assembling crystal products, we accurately show their real quality through videos and images without unnecessary beautification. But I knew this was not enough. To truly win the trust of our customers, we decided to take some unconventional measures, such as: Our promise of a double refund for any fake crystal found, and our commitment to never hide any negative reviews. The needs of our customers are our direction for progress. We also share the creation process of each order on social media, allowing customers to see how every crystal they purchase is carefully selected and packaged. Even if customers receive our products with some damage due to shipping, we provide a free replacement service...

I love Kiki Crystal

I love Kiki Crystal. I have ordered many times and am always very satisfied. I have found the people behind the product to be polite and helpful, very thoughtful and precise when they fill orders for me. They always listen to me and make their best effort to choose crystals they know I will like. 🩷

Love all my gems and cravings!

I have placed multiple orders with Kiki Crystal’s. I love every single piece I’ve gotten! I’ve ordered from the site and from the live shows. I order knowing if it’s fake they will make amends for it. Plus I can get free shipping by spending $50. Which is not hard to do because they have so much great stuff!

I've made numerous purchases and have never been disappointed. The quality of crystals and the level of service is the best I've experienced. Careful attention was also paid to any special requests that I made. A great company that I would highly recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say…

I have nothing but good things to say about kikis. The care in not only packaging but in the selections, in reading what ppl need and would like. Making sure there arent many duplicates (unless otherwise requested), reading comments and specifically choosing what each person prefers. Their customer service is top notch! (I can be flaky and uninformed so I asked allot of questions) they are patient and kind and will email.or message back within a day. The crystals, from largest to smallest, are genuine and certified and beautiful.

Absolutely amazing experience

All the crystals are amazing and great quality. They come very carefully packed. I forgot to add a note to my last order and they were very quick to reply to my email and add my notes to my order. So very professional and I look forward to receiving my latest order. I will definitely be ordering again, many times in the future
