I would never go to this place ever again.

I took my border collie in a couple of days ago to have his tail groomed and they need to listen to what the customer is asking for.

I said can you please just clean his tail up as it's a bit matted just just tidy it up not too much. He said ok .

When he brought out my dog his tail was bare and sticking up in the air and his tail was completely shawn off like the tail of a whippet. I was furious and they had a few customers in the store waiting to pick up their dogs. They all looked at my dog in shock and also how mad I was.

They didn't care he quickly just wanted payment to get me out as he knew I wasn't happy in seeing what was done to my dogs tail.

Be very careful what you say to them with your request for your pet.

Tryed to purchase a gift for someone 3 times. 1st time was refunded all but the shipping charge.
Then was double charged for 1 item and was refunded for both items and was told it was a glitch and I should be happy to use there site to upset they made a mistake.
November 14 & 16 were the 1st two times
This time they refunded again minus the shipping and for unseen reasons. Stay away from this place at all coast

They just steel your money, after month of wating ; sending wrong product and hopeing that you shut up

They are big time scammers.I booked a ticket with them and cancelled it 1 month before the flight because I have also purchased the travel insurance so in case if I cancel the ticket I will get my money back but now they are not giving me my money back

THEY MESSED UP ON MY FLIGHT INFORMATION. they put Mrs as my last name. On my boyfriend and my flight tickets. It caused a hassle having to call them and the airlines to make these changes happen. AND I WAS CHARGED FOR CHANGES. i do not understand why Kayak is partners with them if they do no take responsibility for their faults. I am extremely pissed. They said nothing they can do it was our fault for inputting the wrong information. Therfore, I was stuck paying for the fees because I also didnt buy insurance so i would not get a refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK ON THIS SITE!!

If I had an opportunity to give negative 5 Stars I’d do it! That’s the most terrible service to buy air ticket and support of costumers which I have ever seen! I wouldn’t recommend THIS to anybody, use this service if you want to waste your money for nothing

Really bad customer service. I was on the phone for over an hour and a half with still no one answering. Due to this I had to rebook the flight and it cost me twice the price

This company creates a false credit card number when you make a booking. This stopped me from getting a full refund on a flight because they waited nearly a month to inform me, so I tried to chase up the refund and they charged me €20 admin fee. They did not inform me that I would be charged. This company arranged poor flights which left me stranded in the middle of the night. Their administration team are unhelpful, sending me automated messages and do not have a relevant email address for contact. Poor poor service and one of the worse travel experiences of my life.

I was booking my flight from the US to London and I had a little problem so I called the number they emailed me and a lady with the name of Temo answered me. I can honestly say that it was one of my most highest experience, not only was Temo clear over the phone but she was extremely helpful and over and beyond to help me. After everything she gave me helpful tip and emailed it to me, Overall amazing work I hope more people would learn a page from the manner she handled my problem and helped me with it.
