This was my 2nd request regarding my Refund, hopefully my " REFUND " issue will be resolved.

I downloaded the app by mistake. I contacted them and asked them to cancel the membership. They were very kind.

Compréhensible

I was trying to book parking using paybyphone and this website presented a fraudulent link which tricked me into thinking I am registering for the parking app. It charged 10p to test the payment method and then sent an email saying I have agreed their terms and next month some 47 euros will be deducted. I cancelled the 'subscription' immediately but it still said I entered the cancellation period. I don't know if it will charge me still - if it does then I will spend more time reviewing!

My request was dealt with promptly. Diamond resolved the issue.

At first, I already lose my hope that this will not be resolved. I did my best to explain my side however no one seems can help. i did my own investigation about this unauthorize subscription and I can't accept that these happens. Today, Jeremy reached out bringing this good news and I am glad that I can have my funds back. Hoping that this is true but based on what Jeremy says, He gave me hope again.
