Fraudulent retailer selling counterfeit products. Do not buy from them.

Ordered some trainers, delivery advertised as 5-7 days. After nearly 4 weeks and several chasing emails where I was told they were stuck in customs from China and international shipping delays were normal they eventually materialised
Delivered in a plastic bag, the size denoted by a pen squiggle on the outer plastic bag. Clearly not genuine products.
Contacted company and offered a 30% refund to keep them which I declined and then never heard anything from them.

Item still not delivered after 7 days, item still in processing. Taken the money and company appear to be incontactable. Fear this is a scam website. Prices are too good to be true and I fell for it! Company have a UK address but items shipped from China? No evidence of movement on tracking.

I ordered a pair of running shoes from Atrieve and they’ve been excellent. Super lightweight with great cushioning, perfect for my daily 10k runs. Delivery was quick and the packaging looked premium. Very happy!

I’d give it zero if I could. Tried to return wrong size of trainers. Very difficult, non communicative customer service. Eventually accepted return but address given doesn’t accept incoming parcels, so spent more money on wasted tracked return postage. Stuck with wrong size product. AVOID at all costs.

After leaving a review that they are a scam company, the week after my goods arrived!!

From order to delivery took about 20 days and I was unable to contact anyone by phone, email or via their website

However, I purchased Ascis gel Nimbus27 trainers and I am very happy with them.

This is the same scam as Atrieve.com which disappeared a few days ago after scamming a large number of people (myself included for HOKA Clifton 9 running shoes. I ordered several weeks ago and received nothjng. Trying to get the credit card company to refund me but save yourselves the trouble and avoid these scammers like the plague.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! It is a copy and paste of a website atrieve.com that was used to scam me and others - since shut down and now moved here. Paid for shoes and never received. A quick google search for the item I purchased brought it up. All the previous positive reviews are obviously fake. DO NOT BUY - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered Hoka Running shoes on the website called Artieve. Tracking never updated. Today the website has been taken down, and the Kibertan website is identical - just a new name. AVOID AVOID

Scam website shipping from China

Avoid avoid, ordered trainers. Never arrived, company uncontactable.

I ordered a pair of Hoka running shoes from this website about a month ago, before there were any reviews on here. The expected delivery date was 3 weeks ago and they have only just arrived today. Customer service have been pretty dire, replying to emails after a few days but not answering any of my questions or concerns, just saying they were on the way.

The shoes have come from China. There has been limited tracking information and it has been in Chinese so I’ve had to translate it to see where they are.

Having read the reviews on here I can’t tell if the shoes are counterfeit, genuine or possibly factory seconds. They fit and were cheap enough that I’ll just run in them and bin them when they give up. The thought of trying to return them and deal with this website any more is just not worth wasting my life with. I would not buy anything from here again.

Ordered the trainers, received a text, clicked the link and had no tracking info. Tried again a week later, no tracking info. Emailed customer services, got an email response stating that they were inundated with orders and it would be shopped soon.

Waited another week to ten days, emailed again as there was still no tracking info. This time they sent me a link to some website that kept getting blocked from any device I used for it. It's all a scam, their original link has now expired.

Update: the trainer's arrived yesterday!!! Am working away from home so will update incase they're fake

Fraudulent company, no goods received but realise they would be fake anyway, uk address not genuine. No response to emails.

I bought a pair for everyday running. They look fantastic and the build quality seems solid, but after about 5 miles I found they weren’t as comfortable as I hoped. Maybe they just need breaking in, but I was expecting softer cushioning. Delivery and service were fine, so no complaints there. I might give them another try, but for now I’d rate the experience as average.

I wasn’t expecting much at first because the price was quite a bit lower than what I usually pay for big-brand running shoes, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The trainers are light, comfortable, and give me good support on my regular 10k routes. Ordering was easy, tracking details came quickly, and the shoes arrived well packaged. Everything about the process was simple and professional. I’ll definitely recommend Kibertan to my running club friends.
