Missing parts - fighting for full refund

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOUR PARTS.
I ordered 8 parts. Technically 4 pairs of parts. With my first shipment, I received 3 of the 8 parts with no packing slip. I conveyed this information to customer service, who sent it to the returns department. That department said their "back end" decided that while they didn't send my complete order, they are sure that I was only missing 2 items, not 5. I let them know this was not true with photo proof. 2 of the items I bought were a pair of coil springs. So the picture I sent was of the box the 3 items came in. It was 14.5"x3"x12" which could not have contained 1 less know 2 coil springs.
They didn't care about this proof and maintained that all I was missing was 1 coil spring and a rubber bumper. Then upon getting my second package, in a bigger box that would fit a coil spring, I opened it to find a coil spring and some part that I didn't order, again with no packing slip.
So I contacted them again and demanded a full refund and a paid shipping label as they clearly couldn't be trusted to fulfill an order corrected. The supervisor agreed and said I would get an email with instructions for the return. However, I received a form for me to agree to pay $14 for the shipping label.
Again I contacted them and got another agreement for the paid shipping label, but this manager said the notes said I was only missing 1 item and she wouldn't guarantee that I would not get charged the restock fee.
Now, I have gotten my refund for 151.88, which is $189.85 minus the $37.97 restocking fee. My order was $409.64, and I will have to contact them again to demand my full refund.
I'm hoping this may help my chances for getting the full refund I deserve because of their mistakes. I will also be sending this to the BBB and whatever law enforcement can help.

Never order From them

I would do zero if I could. I ordered an AC heat blower motor and they sent a defective part. The fan rubbed on the motor assembly and would not spin freely. I sent them photos, videos and an email from a Kia dealer parts manager who said it is defective. They said their technician said there is nothing wrong with it. I am not a technician and I knew it was defective right away when I took it out of the box. They fought me continuously and is still going on. This is the worst company out there. They don’t care. They say they will get back to you by the end of the day and they never do. They only communicate via email and don’t explain anything . There is no common sense. Managers Michelle and Joe were the worst, not helpful at all. They say they won’t refund because it is an electronic part. It was never installed, I took it out of the box and that is it. Never ever order anything from them. They will do anything to avoid making their mistake right with the customer.

Update: This company wanted me to take the part to a local Kia dealer to have them diagnose the part and if it is defective, the local dealer can warranty the part, thus getting me a replacement part. To do this I would be responsible to pay the diagnostic fee that the local dealership would charge. Think about this, they sent me an obviously defective part, their tech did not think so, I have to pay a local dealer a diagnostic fee to show it is defective. What kind of company does this to their customers? Not a company I will ever deal with again and never recommend to anyone.

DO NOT order anything from this company. If you do and there is something wrong with the part or order, they will not help you even though it is their error.

AVOID them.

Seller Refunded Fully for a Cancelled Order

I’ve been fully refunded for a cancelled order. There was a misunderstanding after the order was placed, but everything was straightened out later by the seller including a full refund.

You reached out via email on Wednesday evening, just after our customer service hours (6:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST). The order was shipped on Thursday, which was within our promised 2–4 business day processing window. As outlined in our sales policy , orders cannot be canceled once they're shipped. We understand this can be disappointing, but your order was fulfilled on schedule.

Order a set a running board for my Kia…

Order a set a running board for my Kia Telluride and it came damaged , So I call customer service to report the damage and ask the guy if he could send my all the plastic clips and he said no and ask me to send pictures .So I did and the lady said they were looking at the pictures. A few hours goes by and I asked about my order Did you guys get the pictures?she said yes and would sent an email shortly after 3 hours later I called back to ask them any news on the order and they can’t find my email CUSTOMER SERVICE is no help at all , So I went to the auto parts store and bought some new clips,what a big waste of time never again shopping here !!!

If I could give a 0 star rating, I most certainly would. I ordered a new starter for my newly purchased 2020 Kia Forte GT after finding out the old one went bad. I received the part which came double-boxed which I appreciated. However, after removing the part from the blue plastic bag it was wrapped in, I noticed the connector piece was cracked and not in great condition. Also, there was a piece of cardboard wedged between the crack which I tried to remove as much as possible.

After further inspection and consideration, I decided to submit an RMA request. Of course, I took pictures of the starter including the part number being visible to prove that the starter was damaged. The next day, I was asked to take a picture of the shipping label which I did so. However, I received no reply back.

I then waited the next day to follow up via chat on the website. Long story short, the live agent claimed they haven't received anything from me which seemed extremely sketchy. I knew what I sent was received because I was asked to send additional photos. After stating I sent it to the RMA email address, I received no reply and I waited approximately 10 minutes before the chat abruptly ended.

I then called the number on the website and went through the prompts to speak with someone. The first attempt ended in the line disconnecting, but I was able to reach someone else. The agent looked up my information after placing me on hold for a few minutes and stated I'd receive an email after we conclude our call.

I indeed received an email, but I was presented with receiving a PARTIAL REFUND and keeping the part. For starters, what am I going to do with a broken part? Secondly, due to the poor customer service, I believe I deserve a full refund. I tried calling the business back, but then was met with a message stating that the staff was off for a "company holiday event".

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this website. I ordered the starter off of good faith which came from the more positive reviews. However, there are negative ones as well and I'd like to think that these are more accurate. I cannot and will not recommend this website to anyone. I've yet to request a full refund, but I'm willing to suspect it'll be denied based on the experience I've had thus far.

kiapartsnow.com - Disaster Scam Organization

I went on to the Kiapartsnow.com website and did a parts search for the window trim on a 2020 Kia Forte EX. The website has you enter a VIN number to confirm that it is for the correct part that works with your vehicle and it did match (according to kiapartsnow.com). The part took quite a bit longer to ship than they had indicated, but when I did finally receive it, I discovered that it was the wrong part and does not fit this vehicle. Instead, the part is designed for a Kia Forte LE trim. Within 3 days, I contacted kiapartsnow.com and completed their returns process by providing the order details and photos of the shipment. The product has not been removed from its packaging and is not damaged in any way. In the return paperwork, I indicated that the part was incorrect and it needed to be replaced or my money refunded. They wrote me back saying that my pictures of the shipping tracking number and part number label weren't "close" enough. So, I took several pictures of all labels on the packaging as close as I could while still being clear. Then, they wrote again saying that the part label images were missing. I'm not clear what part labels that they're referring to because I took a picture of every label on the packaging that was present. I wrote them back explaining that there are no more pictures to provide of any labels and they have stopped responding. They sent me the wrong part and I've spent far too much time trying to resolve their issue and I'm not entirely clear on why pictures of the labels are needed. Regardless, this is a sketchy organization that has incorrect part listings and will leave their customers in the lurch when they need resolution. Now I am out the cost of parts and shipping and have a part that I can't use.

ordered a passenger side headlight…

ordered a passenger side headlight assembly for our Kia Cadenza. the webside was easily navigable which made finding the right part easy. It arrived quickly and undamaged anbd was the exact part i ordered and exactly what we needed. I nstalled it myself and it saved us 2k between parts and labor
