Ordered a part (Order #VK25210067) that arrived damaged and unusable. Called on April 21 within their own return window to report it. Received a written denial on April 22 falsely claiming I was outside the window. Called back and spoke with a manager named Nancy who refused any resolution, refused to provide a mailing address, and told me I could "do whatever I want" and that I "won't get a replacement or refund." Currently pursuing BBB complaint, FTC filing, and Amex chargeback. $317.38 for a damaged part with zero customer service accountability. Avoid this company.

Apparently kiapartsnow grabs any electrical part off a shelf and sends it to a customer and refuses a return, even if it is the wrong part.
I ordered an electrical part for a 2011 Kia Sorento based on the year/make/model. The part was advertised as “fits 2009-2014 model”. I received an incorrect part that is for a 2015 car that is not usable. The part is in perfect condition, original package. Kia representative, apparently reading from a script, will not issue an RMA for return. This company cannot be trusted to correct their error.
