A pleasant experience on renting
Met Ali sayed by chance when we were trying to find a new flat, he was very professional and responsible, the whole process was fast and smooth, hassle free.
We signed the contract in the office with Amin, the schedule and documents are well prepared, so basicly don't need to worry about any thing.
And the maintainance service is also great,Mariquel was handling the whole time to make sure the flat is functioning well, and hand over to us in a great condition. The AC is working so good, and it solves The issue we had in dubai for the last 5 years.
A very pleasant deal with Key One Realty, looking forward to longer contract.

Ali and Karina were very helpful…
Ali and Karina were very helpful throughout the process. Ali showed the place, helped negotiate the rent and completed documentation and other formalities. Karina was very helpful with the move in procedure and follow up. Of course we had some issues with damac registration, but nothing wrong from Karina or Ali’s side

Mr Ali Syed from Keyone
I am a Medical Doctor from Abu Dhabi. I had to sell recently a flat in Dubai. I asked the help of Mr Ali Syed, senior consultant sales, from Keyone. During the whole process of several weeks because of the Covid pandemic situation, Mr Syed has shown to be great professional and hard working for the interest of both the seller and the buyer. He is very meticulous man and i trusted him during the whole sale period till the last signature. I strongly recommend him as real estate exprienced professional.

Exceptional Real Estate Agent - Knowledgeable, Responsive, Patient and Trusted
First time (after many years in Dubai) that I have deal with a truly professional real estate agent. I recently purchased a property in JBR. My agent Ali Syed Jahngir really is exceptional for the following reasons: (1) He is really clear in his advice and instructions, always helping you plan ahead (2) He is always quick to respond to concerns (even outside regular hours) (3) He was very patient - both with me and with the seller - defusing any tension and keeping the relationship clear and positive, and MOST IMPORTANTLY (4) Scrupulously honest. I quickly learned that I could trust Ali to place my interests at heart - he was 100% open with me, and never once took advantage of his position. A fantastic real estate agent. I wish there were more like him

Excellent experience i had while dealing with Mr Ali wherein he guided me through the entire process and handholded for seamless experience.
Team is professional and management is good.
Karina helped me in my final settlement and Alona and other top officials were also cooperative and gave a patient hearing.
