John was great and did an excellent job. I bought a second hand car with only one key, John was able to code out the missing key and supplied two genuine BMW keys. Johns communication was excellent and I would highly recommend him.

My husband accidentally locked our son’s keys in his van around 5:00 pm. I called Keycrafters, after seeing them recommended and reading their great reviews. Within half an hour — by 5:30 pm — he was already at our house and had the van open! Super friendly, professional, and incredibly quick. We were so relieved and impressed.
