Keyboard Rich (Bill) provided a ton of information in a short timeframe and provided adequate support in the Q&A sessions. I was particularly pleased with the ability to go back and watch the sessions on my own time since I work and cannot take a lot of time off. The service offered is reasonably priced and I am looking forward to accessing the resources and support available to me as I grow an authentic business over the next year
