Our advisor is Tom Walmsley. We have found him to be very helpful and patient, explaining carefully anything we didn't understand concerning our Wills. He always called at exactly the time and date previously arranged which is a very rare thing these days and has been much appreciated.

Neil Clarke was very helpful and very thorough. He guided us through the whole process and kept us updated all the way, giving sound help and advice when we needed it. I cannot speak highly enough about our equity release adviser, Andrew Warby of Key Group.
From the start, Andrew was friendly, welcoming and highly knowledgeable, quietly and calmly explaining the process involved. He answered our queries clearly and in terms we could easily understand.
Andrew's communication was excellent throughout - he kept us involved and let us know the stages we were at, and gave us sensible timescales so we could see how we were progressing.
The entire process was handled with exemplary professionalism and friendliness - Andrew made it very clear and was always readily available if we had any queries.
