The WORST Service
Purchased several Autel Universal keys for stock and discovered that many of them would not generate. Contacted customer service and they were aware of the issue. I then was advised we would be sent a return label and they would exchange them for us. Never rec'd the label.
Further, they DO NOT answer their phone. Ever. I left message after message with no response and then "submitted a ticket" online for resolution. They answered with only questions, which I answered and was then ghosted.
Finally an email was sent saying that they noticed I had called and tried to call me and got sent to my voicemail. That was an outright lie. Never did that happen nor did they respond to my multiple requests for a phone call to get resolution.
They ended their email with the statement "For this particular case you will need to contact Autel support directly." No number was offered up to Autel support to help me out even a little bit either.
I am so disappointed with their lack of attention or care and wish that there was something further I could do than just a bad review. 1 star is completely too much for this group.

* Return Window: Our standard return policy is 30 days, and it appears that your request for a return was made after this window had closed. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges once this period has passed.
* Key Generation Issue: We have sold thousands of Nissan Autel keys without issues. During our conversation, we mentioned that the most common reason a key fails to generate is an incorrect battery installation, which can prevent proper contact. Given that you mentioned returning 19 keys, this is likely the reason. However, we are committed to helping you resolve this.
* Warranty Assistance: The keys are indeed covered under warranty. While we initially advised that you reach out to Autel directly for support, we are still happy to assist with contacting Autel on your behalf. You can reach out to us again, and we will gladly follow up with you to ensure the issue is addressed through the warranty process.

I did not receive the same key that I ordered
I did not receive the same key as I ordered the shape is the same however the print on the key has Mexico not USA and like I stated is not the same design as the pictures I order.

Incoplete despcrition of products
Buyer beware, Do not buy from this service Ordered key for 2023 RAV 4, nothing listed on the description for the key or remote of multiple part numbers for this vehicle. Would not accept return after it was discovered that the part number suggested by their listing for the remote would not work for the vehicle, Your response is incorrect sir I got no correspondence from you or your team on vin verification furthermore the only email message I received was shipping and and order information. Yes as a business I keep my correspondence records also.
