Nice collection, bad practices
Adjusted to 1 star after reply deflecting blame. To clarify:
Order was placed and next day delivery bought. The next day 2/5 of the items in the order showed up. 2 days after that (despite paying for next day delivery), 2 more items showed up. I was then sent a “your order is complete” email with no explanation of where the 5th item was. It took an email and prompting to have Kersh let me know (with an AI written reply) they hadn’t shipped the item and ask if I wanted a refund
Overall, they can be as defensive as they like. They’re not trustworthy, don’t buy from them

We’re sorry again for your experience. We fully accept that the issue with the clock should have been communicated more clearly, and mistakes can unfortunately happen.
As mentioned in our earlier response, when you contacted us the issue with the clock was already in the process of being looked into and a solution being found. Once we had confirmed the situation with the item, we explained what had happened and offered you the choice of receiving the display item at a reduced price or a full refund, which has now been resolved.
We do want to refute the suggestion that there was ever any intention to withhold an item you had paid for or mislead you. We’re disappointed that the experience has left you feeling we are untrustworthy, as this certainly isn’t reflective of how we operate.

Since my last review they got in touch and sorted out my problem and were very understanding with what i had to say in regards to their returns process and communication. BUT having said that the whole process once they contacted me as prwtty fast!, I arranged my return last thursday and got my exchanged item today so they definitely went above & beyond to get it sorted for me 👍🏻

Would love for it to be a positive review but unfortunately I can’t,
Bought 6 pairs of trainers off them via eBay, 3 pairs turned up & were defective,it appears they have gotten damp at some point and the colour has run on the suede uppers.
1 pair never turned up at all, the final pair the wrong tracking number was entered on the information so I couldn’t track them, never responded to the eBay messages. These were attempted but my details weren’t uploaded to dpd so I had no idea they were on their way or what the time window was so I missed them, eBay provided refund as Kersh again didn’t respond to emails.
The last pair arrived as I would expect & the trainer were perfect,
1 out of 6 hit rate in my opinion absolutely shocking for 6 brand new pairs of trainers.
On this basis I can’t recommend them to anyone else & will definitely not be using them again.
They have been so good over the years but something has definitely changed.

We’re sorry to see this review, particularly as we have personally reached out to you several times to try and understand what happened and resolve any concerns, but unfortunately haven’t received a response.
For context, the pairs referenced here were purchased through our eBay Live streams. The condition of each item was clearly shown during the live auctions before purchase, and having reviewed the recordings ourselves, the condition of the relevant pairs was visible at the time of sale.
Where issues were raised with us, our team acted quickly to resolve them. We’re also a little confused by the suggestion that eBay provided the refund, as the refund was processed by our team directly.
We absolutely accept that there were issues surrounding some of these eBay orders, particularly with automatic courier/tracking updates in this instance, and we did everything we reasonably could to resolve these at the time. However, these purchases and the issues described all relate specifically to transactions made through eBay, rather than orders placed directly through the KershKicks website or our usual customer service channels.
It’s a real shame we haven’t been able to speak with you further, especially given your previous positive experiences with us over the years. Our offer to discuss everything properly and try to make things right remains open.

Trustworthy seller
I've ordered multiple times from eBay livestreams and I've not been disappointed at all. Quality items and great prices, well packaged and quick delivery. I would recommend purchasing from them and it's always great to make an offer on an item you want, you may get it cheaper than the selling price. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Ships damaged shoes. Highly untrustworthy.
I’ve bought from Kersh Kicks multiple times before and always had a good experience, which makes this last order even more disappointing.
I ordered a pair of shoes online for £262 and received what was clearly a display/tried-on pair. The shoes arrived creased, scratched, and visibly worn. For a premium-priced product, that’s unacceptable.
What made the situation worse was the timing. I had flights booked for a vacation within hours of receiving the package, so I didn’t have enough time to return the shoes within their 14-day window for a full refund. I explained this to customer service and asked for a reasonable partial refund instead. The compensation offered was only £20, which they said was “aligned with policy.”
I understand businesses have policies, but sending damaged/display shoes in the first place shouldn’t happen. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend ordering online from Kersh Kicks. If you do shop there, I’d strongly suggest buying in-store so you can inspect the shoes yourself and avoid situations like this.
Edit: The shoes were clearly damaged on arrival: damaged heels, creased toe boxes, creasing on the back of the shoes, and scratches/scuffs along the sides. I paid for brand-new shoes, and that is not what I received. The lack of accountability from this company is honestly pathetic. Since Trustpilot doesn’t allow photo uploads, they can deny it all they want, but the pictures are available on Google Maps for anyone who wants proof.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, particularly as a returning customer, but we do need to clarify some key points for accuracy.
At no point were you left without a fair resolution. From the outset, we offered a full refund upon return, along with a free returns label, and importantly, we explicitly confirmed multiple times that we could extend the returns window to allow you to send the item back after your holiday. This was done specifically to accommodate your situation.
For clarity, the option to return the item for a full refund was never removed and still remains available. The suggestion that you were unable to return the item is therefore not accurate.
In addition to this, we also offered a partial refund option should you prefer to keep the pair, giving you flexibility depending on what worked best for you.
Regarding the condition, the pair showed only minor signs consistent with handling, and not the level of wear described. However, regardless of this, we prioritised resolving the matter by offering multiple reasonable solutions.
We understand that the timing was inconvenient, but we made every effort to accommodate this and provide options beyond our standard policy. If you would still like to resolve this further, you are more than welcome to continue corresponding with us via email and we will be happy to assist.
