They're scammers. Your purchases work fine for a month, and then everything stops working. They ban you and don't respond to your emails or the support chat.

Kerit Cloud’s Lavalink Enterprise service is incredibly fast and stable. It is very economical, and their support team is truly excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and reliability!

I had a very disappointing experience with this service provider and feel it’s important to warn others.

I purchased multiple services from them, paid in full, and everything seemed fine at first. However, things quickly went downhill when an issue came up—an issue that was not caused by me. Instead of helping resolve it, their support team refused to assist and then proceeded to cancel all my services without any warning.

What’s worse is that they did not issue any refund, despite the fact that I had already paid. I was left with nothing—no services, no support, and no accountability on their side.

This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you're considering using this provider, I strongly recommend thinking twice. Based on my experience, they do not stand by their customers and are quick to take your money without delivering fair service.

Worst hosting i have ever trusted.
Their service is highly unreliable, frequent downtimee, constant rate limits & poor performance.... Whats even worse is their support... tickets are ignored for weeks, and when they do respond, its just excuses

they claim to have strong ddos protection, yet their panel and vps keep going down due to “attacks” It doesnt add up.... instead of being transparent, they keep giving vague or fake reasons

If your service is down, at least be honest about it.... Atleast customers deserve clear communication, not excuses

It was my first experience purchasing a Lavalink node, and it was simply amazing. I did encounter a few stability issues during the time I was using it, but they were quickly resolved. I highly recommend Kerit Cloud to anyone who wants to focus on their code and not waste time setting up a Lavalink node.

I’m truly grateful for all the support they provided whenever I needed it. Here’s to many more years together <3
