I tried Keralashopi leaving my regular online grocery store. Delivery was prompt. Items came well packed next day. I was provided a courtesy call to reconfirm my order. I compared the prices with some other online grocery stores and I must say the prices were lot cheaper and products were of good quality.

Extra Shipping Charges
I got a call after placing an order to pay extra for the shipping. I initially paid for the shipping when placing an order and they want me to pay double on top of that.

I’m so sorry you didn’t notice the shipping charge mentioned in our website under Delivery information (https://www.keralashopi.com/pages/delivery-information), but it sounds like you didn’t spot it when checking out. We charge £5.99 extra for shipping items to postcode in Zone 1.
