The order processed twice and I didnât notice until the confirmation email was received. The first time and error appeared like it hadnât processed so I resubmitted the order and got charged for both times. I hope these gummies are as good as the reviews otherwise Iâm stuck with an extra order and they are pretty expensive for something I can get half the price at a dispensary.

Update of previous review
As of today, the company, which charged my VISA account on 3/28, 1.) has charged my VISA card for over $250. 2.) has not provided me with a shipping # 3.) has not provided me with a shipping date and 4.) has not provided me with the items I ordered.
Yesterday, I emailed the company and said either tell me when this product will ship or cancel my order and refund my money.
I was told they cannot cancel the order because it has already "processed". I don't know what "processed" means for this company.
This feels like a scam to me. Excellent product, but you'll get it when they feel like it, so don't expect to be able to rely on availability for any health needs.
In the Keoni responses to poor reviews, they often say call customer service. I recommend that you save yourself the time and aggravation, because you won't get satisfaction and resolution, you'll get the verbal equivalent of the garbled responses you see here. I'm not ever calling them again, I want documentation of everything.

Shipping and Delivery is the worst
Review title says it all. For a product shipping domestically, the wait time to process, label, etc., is too long. It is hard to support a product when this is the case: when a quick delivery is available elsewhere. The price of the product is at the upper end of the range, and much better processing, labeling, âwaiting for pick upâ, etc. could be improved upon.
