slight cock up on delivery date but sorted out to my satisfaction on both delivery's there where couple of damaged fence panels could put more packaging round these fence panels impossible to check all panels on delivery as stated in there terms

Not my fault
I had three orders with kent's totaling £1781.60.Each order was miss handled, not delivering the correct item or item missing. During that time I received no apology. And just to add the final insult I paid £15 for 10 clips and only received 4.
What a bunch of Kents.

John, I'm aware of all the issues you have had with us with these orders and can say that these issues will not arise again, we have learnt from the mistakes. Honestly i'm surprised you held out this long to leave a bad review, its been terrible.
Standards slipped on each order and the small details were missed out. We apologised each time a mistake was made and have refunded delivery costs as a gesture of goodwill.
To our defence we rectified the problems as quick as we physically could each time. Your remaining security clips are in the post today.
We are sorry for each and every issue you have encountered, and hope that at some point we see you again.
Simply marvellous
I can't believe how effortlessly and quickly it all happened. Came home to find the goods all neatly stacked in the corner of the drive and carefully packed. Can't fault the service or product.

Found their eBay shop first, but decided to order directly from their website.
Very easy plus a follow up email the next morning.

Website does not show if out of stock …
Website does not show if out of stock from the store you are collecting it from. Store person was unaware as they have never been on the site. Went to collect goods two days after ordering and none in stock and the item had not been ordered from their supplier yet. Still awaiting a call for when they are in and I can collect. Next time I will order on line from somewhere else and get them delivered next day.

Still waiting for delivery
Still waiting for delivery. Couldn't arrange delivery date till after ordered and paid then only had unsuitable date offered (6 days later) so had to put job back another week.
Reply says they offered me Wednesday, which they didn't as it would have been fine, they offered Thursday which was no good. Now dropped to one star due to inaccurate information being posted against me.
Tried calling, no ones answering, someone seems to be lying and it’s not me. I pleaded for a delivery before Thursday and was out and out refused as it was full Monday and Tuesday and going nowhere near me on Wednesday. So unimpressed by your comments I am seriously considering cancelling order.

Good afternoon, I've checked with our Hereford branch on this longer than normal delivery date.
It was ordered on a Saturday 30/10 and processed by us on the Monday. Or delivery schedule was too busy on the Monday or Tuesday so we offered you the Wednesday 4/10, to which you responded you were away and back on the following Tuesday 10/10 and would be happy to have delivery on the Wednesday 11/10. Which is when we are due to deliver.
As you have now amended your review, I checked again with the Hereford branch who have again confirmed that we offered you this Wednesday as a delivery day, even though it was far away from our other deliveries.
If you feel the need to discus this further we will gladly try to help out with a speedier delivery, our Hereford branch is available on 01432 274747

Can I ask how you found it difficult? We have round the clock access via social media, a phone number which is manned through the day and an email address which gets checked regularly through the day?
Prouct changed without notice
Easy to order and reasonably quick delivery but marred by product being different to that ordered.
Good to see that extra care has been taken to prevent damage now, but long length skirting too difficult to manage for current project and shows signs of being bent in transit.
