Kent Heating Solutions Ltd Omdömen

Great service, great choice, professional installation. The stove looks fantastic, we're so pleased with the job KHS has done and we loved the extra touch of having a starter pack of logs etc included! Have already been enjoying it and look forward to many a log-burning night ahead this winter.

This is the second time we have used KHS and we will be using them for our next stove purchase too. We would highly recommend Sam and his team, we had a great service again from start to finish. Thank you!

Really pleased with the service we have received from everyone at KHS from start to finish. Always friendly, helpful and professional. This is the second time we’ve used them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Product and installation are excellent.

KHS just replaced my very old Woodwarm stove with a new one. The installation was complex, as they had to remove a stubborn old chimney liner too, but the two guys worked hard all day and got the job done very neatly.

Excellent and professional service from the Kingsley enquiry to the team driving away - no hesitation in recommending.

We have used KHS twice now for our wood burners in the living room and dining room. The service has been fantastic from start to finish. Really lovely company to deal with.

Awesome job, minimal mess, very pleasing outcome

Friendly and professional service and very impressive finish. Great attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

Incredible service. They went above and beyond in all respects. And it was a tricky job in difficult circumstances Cannot recommend them more highly.

Gas stove installation (that we were told wasn’t possible!) KHS knocked out our oversized, modern, brick fireplace to replace with a gas stove. Sam & his team were efficient, professional, tidy and friendly & we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Woodburner and liner replacement.
Very pleased with our replacement woodburner by Kent Heating Solutions. Excellent and efficient installation. Very clean and tidy throughout. Pleasant and friendly installers and support service.

Used for a stove installation. Excellent service from start to finish, would recommend and use again.

We've been so happy with Kent Heating Solutions, from the first time we contacted them all the way through to the completion of the job, they have been friendly, professional and really helpful in all communications. They took us through our various options and were always happy to answer questions and offer advice on what could be done with our installation and the end result is absolutely fantastic. We are so happy with the job they have done. On the days of the installation, the guys turned up exactly when they said they would, worked extremely hard, kept me up to date and did a really impressive job and even more impressive cleanup, you'd not even know they had been in the house! I would happily and highly recommend Kent Heating Solutions.

We had a wood burning stove installed by KHS and have been happy with the product and the installation. Both the sales and installation team were friendly and easy to deal with and the quality of the stove and install are very good.

I've recommended KHS to others and would happily use them again.

Excellent advice, excellent install, helpful staff.

Highly recommend to anyone

Sam and Tracey at KHS are amazing, very quick to come and do a site visit, recommended a stove to fit my fire place and then the work was done and stove fitted in a matter of weeks so we were toasty and warm in time for Christmas 2020.
I would recommend them to anyone thinking of having a log burner fitted.

Thorough advice alongside amazing service. Now we have a beautiful fireplace. Highly recommended

The team from start to finish were very professional and gave a great service and good value for money. Highly recommend.

Sam and his guys installed our wood burner with the utmost efficiency from quote to completion. Very tidy and clean and i have recommended him and the company to many of my friends

we had a got stove fitted from Kent Heating Solutions Ltd i asked for a 7/11 stove as it would be our only heating i found out two years later that it was only tested for 4 hours and not recommended for 7/11
when i asked the owner of the business he called me a Liar then we had smoke coming out of the top and i asked for help and got told get to some one else
and they had to take the stove apart and seal the top
as this had not been done ae i trusted them i would not recommend them
