We recently bought our first ever dental practice. Prices for dental products were a total eye opener!! We tried various companies out there and rated Kent Express as being among the pricier ones.
We were spending far more than we needed to on certain brands But after connecting with one of your sales team,Jake, he has been able to advise us on similar products at a much cheaper price. He is also very honest with what he thinks is a better product not necessarily cheaper but better. He is a definite asset to your business. And we will continue to purchase from you.

non existent discount
I had a flyer to say I would be getting 30% off disposables. When I put them in my basket, the prices were over 30% more than advertised on the online catalogue. I called my account manager to query this and was told he would get back to me. He did not. I was able to get the stock elsewhere cheaper.
